“I've been both a pawn and a retail customer here, and I havent had any problems with customer service. I've always treated them with respect/courtesy and received the same in return. I've personally watched them loan more money than they should have to people in a bind, so I dont buy all the negativity. Try being respectful, keep your end of the deal, and be reasonable. I dont believe for a minute that anyone respectfully tried to do business here and was treated crudely. Look in the mirror and reevaluate how you're acting...I bet you'll be looking at the problem.”
