Beware…. We have our camper stored here since April. 1 break-in and 2 gas tanks stolen. I called the receptionist said she would talk to her manager about it and call me the next morning. I never got a call from them. So I called 2 days later. She said and I quote ( THE MANAGER SAID HES NOT IN THE GAS BUSINESS JUST CAMPERS) No apologies nothing!!! They don’t have security and they certainly don’t care if you get broke into. So store at your own risk!!!!!

Nice storage facility, terrible management of accounts. Nothing like showing up on a weekend to a red locked unit when you have a receipt showing you are paid up for the next two months. They just can't seem to get it sorted out.

I used Reed mini storage 5-6 years ago and had an awful time. Now I am shopping for a unit or two again and decided to read the recent reviews, I had the same experience as another lady below to a T. Our units ceiling leaked and we found dead mice, One of which I snatched up in a piece of paper and brought to Mrs. Reed. When I burst into tears in her office over my grandmother's antique rocking chair being ruined by her leaking ceiling she told me and I quote, "If your stuff was so important you shouldn't have put it in a mini storage!" She ought to use that as their slogan. And they better not even try to say they never rented to me cause I'll dig out the receipts. I had no choice but to use a storage unit because I was moving to my "dream home town." Hopefully they've changed their practices since because they have absolutely had leak complaints. We had pictures and video.

Got my stuff out, for he deposit to me they sent me a two party check that has been impossible to cash and the chick won't help.i do not recommend this place what so ever

The units are very well maintained! I had my valuable items stored for 2 years and it was perfect when I got back! The staff is always professional and very courteous! Victoria is wonderful! Thanks one happy customer!!

I used this company when my dad past to store his belongings. They were very helpful and actually gave me a better rate on two 10x10 then was agreed.

I found a dead rat in my unit and there was a leak in the ceiling that when it rained my stuff was soaking wet and molded. The prices are terrible way to high for a tiny unit.
