I was putting my money in the car wash portion for the ultimate car wash package and it said my money was inserted and my purchase was complete but the car wash is broken and it won't refund me I'll be calling in the morning for a refund but I don't recommend coming here I wasted $14. Hopefully I'll get refunded tomorrow will keep updated

OMG pay for the top of the line wash. Awful. Only part of my truck was wet and washed. No soap. Only water. And no dryer at all. What a waste of money. Never again.

This is the second time I have used this carwash and been overcharged on my debit card.The former owner was always very good to compensate for days when the carwash malfunctioned. Recently, I was charged 28.00 for a 12 dollar carwash. This happened once before and I called and wrote a letter ,mailed it and it was returned. My only recourse is to refute this at my bank and get a new debit card. I plan to do this, but your customers need to know how you have taken advantage of them. When I pursued this, I did find out that this is happening all the time with many other customers. Many people know what you are doing and you need to take care of it.

Cash operated car wash in 2025? Lame. First of all the hose connection above my head was Dripping soap on me the whole time. The pre-wash was completely underpowered and hardly put anything out. Avoid.

I don't usually leave reviews but this place has left me in anger disgust or just plane disappointment almost every time I've been and now they have a brand new touchless Car Wash stall you pay $12 it sprays your car off for about 30 seconds and does not clean your car what a waste of $12 absolutely the worst car wash in beebe hands down, please don't bring your money here

I will not be going here ever again went this morning swiped my car nothing happened asked me to do it again and nothing happen charges $10 called the number no way for a refund. Don’t get go here they are stealing money.

I went to the new drive thru car wash tonight, It accepted my debit card and charged me however nothing happened. The car wash did not work. There was no one there and no way to get a refund. This place is a scam! I will never go back here again. Stay away!!

Soap does not work 95 % of the time . They keep going up and up and up on prices. Now change to sell it or credit only . This not good idea guess I will use the one across the street it’s cheaper and works all the time .

I tried to go through the automatic car wash put my card in and pushed the button for the &14 dollar car wash nothing happened and I was charged $14 on my card for no car wash. Called the number on the door left a message for my refund no return phone call no reimbursement of my money. This place needs the be shut down. The guy that owns this place makes it look like he is running a scam. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another splash car wash.Why does this guy get away with cheating everybody out of their money.

For less than 2 min they charged my card $10. Thats rediculas!!! And there was no soap. This needs to be refunded to me, that was absolutely horrible.

This morning went to the drive thru non touch and swiped my card and it said it showed I still needed to swipe it so I done it 2 times and still didn’t work so I got another card thinking it would work because I’ve used it before and I swiped 1 time with it and still didn’t work but yet I was charged $30 total and no wash…then try to call and mailbox is full and then tried to email and it said the email was an invalid email!!! That’s my friggen gas money taken away from me…it stole $30!!!
