I used to get all my tires, flats, etc. done here but I had a bad experience when I purchased over $1,100 tires for my company rig and I got a new truck 2 months later and needed a new rotation on my rig. They wouldn’t do a free rotation even though I purchased brand new tires 2 months previously on my old rig. I told them there about to lose my business and I gotta get a lot of tires in the next 20 years. He didn’t care so I went to discount tire in searcy free tire rotation and balance without a purchase just free. So I’m doing business with discount tire which works better because they are everywhere now. I’m a guy that would drive out of my way to help small local businesses but when your treated like tire town treated me then good luck. I hope the best but you lost my business. I will drive 25 minutes out of my way and wait for 2 hours before I use tire town again in Beebe, AR.

First time going here. I got 2 used tires. I was impressed, friendly and fast staff. Tires had plenty of tread. Would recommend shopping here.

Went in to replace a tire and they informed me of that i could get away with just a cheap patch. Where I'm from, this would have been an opportunity for me to get scammed of my money. Friendly service, honest, I highly recommend this establishment

Had a flat tire thanks to a pesky nail, and Tire Town in Beebe saved the day! As soon as I pulled into the lot, a gentleman walked right up to help—no waiting, no hassle. They got me fixed up incredibly fast and had me back on the road in no time. Super friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re ever in a bind!

I have been coming here for years and had all great experiences UNTIL today. The service staff informed me that they needed the wheel key to get my tires off, so I told them to go ahead and check to see if it’s in the doors etc before going forward. They stated that they couldn’t find it, although I found the key as soon as I walked out AFTER they were already done breaking the locks off. It was In the driver side door, which is one of the places they had checked. I’m genuinely curious as to why they were looking in my car for so long to come up with nothing.
This took over 45 minutes for the patch and lock breaking.
When I went to pay, they tried to add another $20 for breaking my locks, which I denied paying due to not being informed there was an extra fee. They also broke one of my studs breaking the locks off, when none of this was necessary to begin with.
I went to pull out, my back tire locked and I couldn’t even back out 1 ft. They come back out to say it will be fixed, give them a bit. I’ve now been sitting in the car with my child for over an hour waiting for them to fix what was broken.
This experience was absolutely ridiculous and horrible compared to the past few years of service that I’ve had with Tire town. I’m so disappointed and unfortunately will not be back.

Have been a customer all my life ! Fast and friendly service. Honest too...when we thought we needed 4 new tires, they let us know 2 were still good. So many others would have stuck it to us and sold us 4 tires anyway! Highly recommended!

My son went there I called ahead and asked the price for 4 tires we were told a price yes they are fast but after they did the tires the price we were told 1st changed to almost 800.00 dollars which was WAY more then we were told over the phone. I've took my vehicle there it cost 45.00 for one tire so please tell me how 4 tires are 800.00 when we were told over the phone it would be 600.00 less then what my son ended up paying. Highway robbery for sure!!

Worst experience ever customer service Was the worst front counter guy had seen me there since before they opened
And for some reason, decided to help a gentleman who looked like he had money who literally did just pulled up, helped him first and then turned to me with a little smart mouth. What you got, I told him what I was needing They went and checked, said it had to be a brand new tire And it would cost me $300.
It's funny. I went to another tire shop. Found the same tire for a $170. Seems to me like they are a little judgmental. There and did not want to help me. I would never go to this place again and if you decide to go to this place. Good luck
