The worst experience I have ever had! I left my Marine Corps blues jacket and pants to be dry cleaned. I brought it in with all of my buttons and I got it back missing a button. I needed this jacket for a military funeral for my grandfather. I told them of the situation and the owner Boo Williams said that he wasn’t responsible. I was then on the phone with him and I did use some profanity and he asked if I wouldn’t again so I did apologize for that. But then not even 5 minutes later he started using profanity towards me. I do believe that is unprofessional and double standards. Afterward I called him out on double standards he started calling me bud and started talking down to me. I do not think this is a Top Line cleaner and believe it is bottom line. The closer picture is where the button is supposed to be and the other picture is where the black button is on the coat. I have got my jacket dry cleaned numerous times! This is by far the worst!

If I could rate this place NEGATIVE stars I would. Sorry excuse for a “top line” dry cleaners. My husband is in town for military honors and they lost one of the buttons on his Marine dress blues uniform. BOO WILLIAMS decided to say they weren’t responsible and that it looks like a regular button that can be found anywhere. ( it’s not) He stated they can try to look for a button but not guaranteed to find one
