I was disappointed in this location. I waited 30 minutes while the U-Haul manager came ride to get her computer on. She claimed it was new. She did not get out of her chair nor inspect the vehicle with me. She then proceeded to foul up the reservation as I found out at the drop off location. I would rent from a different location than this.

Truck could have been in "ALOT" better condition,, Windshield really dirty & Brakes sounded awful,, wasn't able to slow down enough to a stop couple of times "but we did" !! ? Place not recommended by me, I will go elsewhere next time - Seriously !!!!!

Takes way too long to get anything done and the place is gross. They never clean. Rat poo and all. Nasty.

The Uhaul company told us we had a Uhaul reserved for us at the Beebe location on a Sunday. We were supposed to call when we arrived at the location. Of course the location was CLOSED. We called and was put on hold 3 or 4 times with one hang up. They were of ZERO help !!! Just more stress to add to an already stressful situation with the passing of my mother-n-law. We had to get her stuff moved so we could turn off all utilities and things. We will not use the Beebe location again and probably will not use Uhaul again. We are still sitting and waiting to get our Uhaul truck
