The new mail person delivering mail will not deliver my Amazon monthly subscription items. She says that it’s too heavy (20 lbs) and too big (won’t fit in a VAN?! Not that big!) to deliver when I have not had an issue in 10 years where I live. I left a note and she left one back essentially saying she will not deliver mail that won’t fit into the box. As a nurse I’m required to lift at least 50 pounds so I’m sure they need to lift that and more. Please help me understand why my delivery has changed?! I work 50 hour nights so I am unable to pick up packages regularly at the post office. It’s their job to deliver to us. Correct?

This is the best post office I've ever used. The service is remarkable from the excellent service from Victor inside the post office to my mail carrier, Kelli and everyone else. They go above and beyond what the job requires. Thank you, Beebe Post Office!
