They don't get no stars because I bought two mods from them and it doesn't work the guy that was in there was talking behind my back call me a liar and I told them if they want to talk behind my back and he said in person and I vape a lot and I bought over $1,000 worth a stuff from them and this is how a regular customer gets treated I'll take my business somewhere else

Morning shift guy is very rude. Love the girl at night. If you go to this location go when she’s there or you’ll have him standing over you the entire time and being rude when you don’t want to buy everything he wants you to buy.

The red headed guy hovers over you and tries to make you buy things you don’t want. Can never just looking around peacefully.

This is a great vape store with an excellent selection of juice, hardware and disposable vapes. The gentleman running the store when I went was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest with his opinions on his products. I'm often critical of vape stores, this one impressed me.

Was sold a bottle of juice under wrong pretenses from a gentleman and now since I opened it and found out the flavor was incorrect from what I was told, they won't exchange or replace for a different brand and flavor. Go to another vape company where people might actually know what they are talking about.

Went to this place to buy my wife a vape. She had just had our baby and it's pouring down rain. She asked me to go in for her. I get in there and they would not sell it to me because I was buying it for her. Even though I provided her Drivers license. She was sitting in the car right out the door. I will not be back to this place the complete and udder regard for customer service. When asked if he could just look out the door I'll have her show u she's in there he said no it's raining. So I should have asked my wife that just had our child to get out and walk in the rain?

Staff do not know what they are talking about. I called manager to let him know about my experience. He acted like he didn't care. So I said I won't be back if that's how it is. He hung up on me. Then wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling back.

Guy working on 06/07/24 seemed to be on some illegal drugs. Asked him 4x for a $20 cart behind the counter and he just kept going on and on about how I needed to purchase a different product for $60. He refused to sell me the product I was asking for. Asked for his name he said “K Hill”. He also never returned my ID. Once I realized he never gave it back I called and went in but no one seems to know where it is.

They refuse to exchange a lighter that NEVER worked! It was bought yesterday late afternoon. Got home and filled it and it won't work. Enjoy that $15 for that overpriced lighter. You won't get anything else from us.
