Friendly staff,but since they upgraded they charge fees, i have a hard time checking accounts online..want to switch banks

Not a bad bank overall. I mostly chose arvest because of its various locations locally & its recommendations by trusted adults. After years of using them, I can say that they're easy to use, have a functioning mobil app, have helped me during security breeches & fraudulent charge disputes.

We were having trouble getting into our online account due to Arvest implementing a new system. We went to the Sugar Creek location and Chloe Campbell was so helpful and so nice to get us up and going again. We appreciated that so much. So glad we bank at Arvest.
