Do not deposit checks through this banks ATM. It took my deposit and then displayed- WE'RE SORRY, WE CANT RETURN YOUR CHECK. That was MONDAY and they still are working on it

I was frustrated when I wrote my previous review. I have received excellent service when I have visited this branch in the past, I just wish the hours were extended past 5pm

32 Years with Arvest. Never had a situation that wasn't quickly, pleasantly and graciously resolved. Great bunch of folks in our branch.

7-14 business days just to get my debit card!?!?!?! Why!?!?!?! Now I have to go to the bank everyday to get money out, and half the time I'm to busy too. So now it's Sunday and they are closed. I forgot to get money out so now I have no way of getting money out for groceries. In my opinion the card should be printed when you open your account, or they need to give out atm cards or a temporary card. This is d*** and infuriating. What if I had an emergency? Now I have no access to my funds!!!!! In fact I am spending the day unable to eat because I don't have a debit card! Other then that I would have given a good review! It's not just this Arvest either, it's the 7-14 business days policy.
