We had to move to CVS because we thought that was our only choice with the new insurance card. The app is not intuitive to use, we are never notified when a prescription is ready like Walgreens and Walmart do, and half the time part of the prescription is ready while they do not follow up on others. They proceed to refill with generics and do not ask. This place is a total waste of your time.

I have been a customer since you opened in Bella Vista. Most of the time I experience long waits at the counter or drive thru. I have complained and they always say they are short staffed. 2/09/2024 I had been by the store twice and encountered long lines and decided to just wait for another time. Later that day I got a rather text from CVS saying 2nd notice please pick up your order today. I called the store in order to ask if I could pick it up tomorrow, I waited on hold for quite some time with no answer. I drive to the store at 6:00 PM to get my order. Wait in line, complain to Richard get same response short handed. How is it possible to be short handed all the time without poor management?\n I have 13 prescriptions and the wife has 4.

Technician was very friendly and asked if I had any questions about the medicine that I was picking up. Service was fast without any problems.

Not helpful with suggesting cost-saving alternatives. On my visit today, the person who answered my questions about an alternative I found post-purchase was condescending and dismissive. While poor customer service is much more commonplace in the post-COVID world, I've found the service at this store to be mediocre at best for years. Shame on me for going back.

I love you guys!! This location is my all time favorite!I wish I knew the name of the lady who was at the window 9/13 at around 430pm because she was the BEST!! Had me cracking up, was quick and literally made my day after a rough day at work! The whole staff is great but she won my heart! Thanks for all you guys do! Keep it up guys!! I've been a CVS customer for over 3 years and, yet, when I initially attempted to refill a prescription for OneTouch Ultra test strips, it showed a charge of over $150 for the prescription that is a 0-dollar copay. It took 3 trips to the CVS pharmacy to get the situation resolved. I am not pleased with that! I am thankful for the employee at the local CVS who finally made it a priority to get things worked out.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hours they were open enabled us to pick up a prescription during the afternoon on a weekend. I would recommend this place, though it is at times difficult to exit because of road construction.

John in pharmacy is rude and condescending. I have a concussion and whiplash, but got attitude for not yelling over the minimal traffic noise. He cut me off twice while talking. Before I went, I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes to see when the scrip would be ready but no one ever picked up. When I got there he said they were going to lunch so we'd just have to wait. I've had some issues in the past but this just lost them my business.

Please coach employees both in the store and Pharmacy not to make insulting comments to customers and avoid escalating situations by chiming in before others understand the circumstances. This was by far the worse experience I've ever had in a retail establishment. There seems to be a general confrontational angry attitude with employees at this location (10408). The young man at the front counter became very aggressive (I have it video recorded) and he informed me I could not record in the store. I felt I had to in order to protect myself at this point. Not sure what kind of climate is promoted there but it isn't a good one.

CVS pharmacy also a UPS drop off. The worst customer service ever. The operate as a UPS drop off, with no ability to create a label for there customers .. The nearest UPS to this location is Bentonville. It's not the customer's responsibility to create a label. That's why we use barcodes.

I don’t understand why the pharmacist won’t fill a prescription early when my doctor says to fill early. I don’t know why they wouldn’t. But they aren’t. I have a family emergency an the script I get can’t be filled out of state. How is this fair when I have my actual doctors approval?

This CVS is understaffed. They are always late with their prescription time estimates. They yell out exactly what drugs and doses you are picking up, so literally everyone in the store knows your business. This is actually against the law and violates patient confidentiality. We asked them not to do this. They continue to. This is the worst pharmacy out there. We are switching.

Very pleased with service. They filled prescription promptly. Though out of one medication, it was ordered and available the next day. Most importantly CVS accepts TriCare insurance for Veterans.

Very slow, always a line, not enough help. Today O had 5 prescriptions to pick up. They told me they would be ready by noon and I showed up after 2:00. When I returned home I found that only 4 had been filled. Now I have to drive another 20 minutes and wait in a long line again.
