Just ordered a delivery order from them. Joesph was super nice and even apologized for the wait. Personally I didn’t think the wait was bad at all. They gave me a free side of cinnamon knots which honestly made my day! Thank you all!!

I don't know how the heck they did this... but we had our pizzas at the door in 13 minutes after clicking order. Yes, 13 minutes! I am going to time myself making a PB and J next time... I bet it is not much slower considering putting things back in pantry too. We are a 6 min drive away. I really have no clue how this is acomplished... is their oven like 1,000 degrees or something? Did the pizza prep person work for pit crew Nascar? And it's not like we got normal pizzas... we had unique toppings, so it's not like they were sitting around from someone else that ordered. The 2 pizzas and brownies were good too! It's not like they didn't cook them long enough. Like, what kind of time warp magic do they have going on here? There is something sneaky going on... IDK how this is possible. Good job to the wizard or whoever runs this place.

I frequently order dominoes pizza for delivery, it is always hot upon delivery, always delicious and my order is always correct. The price is great and quality of the food is great as well. At one point there was a slight issue with my order and I called and was given a free pizza to use for a future order, that was handled gracefully by the manager and I’ve always been happy with dominoes.

I wish I could rate this encounter higher, and I regret not tipping our driver my full change. Our food tastes fantastic, and my delivery was unlike any other. Keith was charismatic, kind, quick, and wasn't afraid to put on a show. This has absolutely been our best dinner from Domino's, hands down.

Paid 21$ to barely get full and I was the only person in the amd waited a half hour and nobody ever called my name and the guy at the counter saw me look up there multiple times while my food was sitting there the whole time and it was barely warm straight

I have to agree with other reviews that the quality of the food being made at this location has gone downhill significantly.The crust, toppings, and cheese were noticeably good when we first moved to Bella Vista and started using this store. It now feels like our orders are sloppily being thrown together without any quality control. It's consistently bad enough now that I will go back to using other local pizza companies instead of exclusively using Dominos.The customer service is in decline too. On a recent pick-up order. The one guy working refused to give us our meal, saying there wasn't an order in our name. He then snarkily said he didn't have time for us because he has pizzas coming out of the oven.There was literally only one order on the rack. It took us 3 attempts to get him to realize it was our order. Once he realized his mistake in assuming that order wasn't for us, he changed his narrative and said...oh, I thought you were here to place an order, not pick one up.What does that even mean? If someone comes in to pick up an order, you find the order and hand it to them. If someone comes to place an order, you simply take their order. These are very basic skills kindergartners can learn.If your worker is too busy to help with a pick-up or with placing an order, all that needs to be said is...please give me one minute to finish this, and I will be right with you.Telling us you don't have time for us is a sure fire way to lose our business.

I'm completely surprised I made an order to be dileverd and one of my pizzas was not made like I had expected I did the review on the app and a new one made correctly was delivered I was not expecting any response or anything to be done about it but this store made the new one perfectly thank you bella vista

Please please please start making it how you used to. ? The last few times it has had barley any toppings on it (jalapeno (3 pieces), pepperoni (6 pieces), tomatoes ( 0 pieces), extra sauce (no sauce)). The pizzas are always burnt now. I saw a review that asked for THEIR pizza to be extra cooked. Not one person in their right mind likes this. So please ?, do not do this to all pizzas. It is nasty. The meat pizza was a bit better, but still burnt. Please please please cook it like you use to. If someone came in and asked politely, tipped well, and sat in there, would that help? Do better.
