“When I asked at the counter where the drop off for UPS was, the clerk smiled, took my package and placed it in the box for shipping. She then texted me a receipt. All done in under a minute.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Janeth and Randy! I needed a large poster printed on a rush basis, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. They were professional, attentive to detail, and made sure the final product looked amazing. The print quality was excellent and the turnaround was incredibly fast. In a world where customer service can feel like an afterthought, these two are the gold standard. FedEx is lucky to have them. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve used Wacky Pack & Ship a couple times to pick up and ship auction winnings, and every experience has been excellent. The negative reviews about pricing honestly seem to miss the point — you’re paying for a full-service experience, not just postage. They coordinate pickup, handle the logistics, and most importantly, pack items extremely well to make sure everything arrives safely. I participate in multiple auctions weekly, so I’ve worked with several third-party shipping companies, and Wacky Pack & Ship’s pricing is absolutely in line with industry standards. What sets them apart is the care they put into packaging and customer service. If you want your auction items handled professionally and delivered safely, they’re a great choice.”

“I know several folks in Bella Vista who drive to Pineville to ship packages. Several people think it’s faster going through Springfield. Just what people tell me. I really like the post office in Pineville and use it regularly. Great folks over there.”
