“They once again went beyond the norm to help our pooch. The first visit, we had an emergency, and we squeezed in. I can't imagine taking our pets anywhere else. There is a reason the parking lot is always packed.”

“This has to be one of the best pet hospitals I have been to. One of my dogs was sick just laying around panting like crazy, didn't want to eat was snapping at our other dog and the two of them grow up together they're inseparable so we knew something wasn't right. Called my vet which I've been going to for years got an appointment to come in the tech put us in the room and then said he did not know what to do he had to ask the vet.
The doctor had yelled through the door did we bring a urine sample? We said no we could not catch one but aren't you going to get one from her bladder so it's sterile, because her urine had a terrible odor it was extremely dark and she was constantly urinating period we figured she might have a UTI. And we told the vet we think she might be running a fever. The vet would not even come in the exam room but yelled through the other room and said when we get a urine sample just bring it and drop it off at the desk and they'll call us. I had said well do I bring the dog back with me because you did not even see if she's running a fever you didn't examine her or anything. The vet said no just bring the urine and will call you with the results so we left. When on the neighborhood app everybody raved about Village Pet Hospital. I called them up told them what was going on with the dog they said hold on a second the lady came back she said we are fully booked but if you can be here around 3:00 and don't mind waiting about 20 minutes we can squeeze you in because the dog definitely needs to be seen. We said not a problem we showed up they took the dog got a urine sample from her said she had a severe UTI infection and she was running a fever of over 104. The vet asked us if we could leave her there for the day because she wanted to put her on IV fluids to try to get her fever down and to start her on ivy antibiotics which of course we did we were told to pick her up around 4:30. When we had called to say we were on our way the vet had told us that she was really not comfortable letting her go home she would really appreciate it if we could leave her there overnight and she wanted to keep giving her the IV antibiotics and also keeping her on the IV fluid because her fever came down a little bit but it wasn't normal we said not a problem. They are the best most caring Animal Hospital I have ever dealt with I asked if they could be our new veterinarian because we also have other dogs and other cats and they said not a problem. They are not only caring knowledgeable they put your animal first and they are extremely reasonably priced my other regular vet would have charged me almost double of what this got charged me. I very highly and strongly recommend Village Pet Hospital. You will not be disappointed”

“Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Staff took the extra time to help me locate a new playmate for my kitten. Office clean. Staff informative about vaccinations, indications, etc. Involved my little nieces, which thrilled them…now they want to be vet techs!😁”

“Dr. Parker and his staff are friendly, caring and super responsive when you call with a question. We had an older cat that visited Dr. Parker and his staff for his annual exams for many years. As our cat aged he was diagnosed with kidney disease; Dr. Parker was transparent in what we should expect and there for us right up until his passing. Dr. Parker’s team sent us a card to express their condolences. We recently adopted a new healthy kitten and Dr. Parker just completed his exam. We have had several veterinarians over the years due to relocations, etc. and while each practice had good points what really stands out with Sugar Creek Animal Hospital is the consistent service, compassion, and transparency we have received from Dr. Parker and his staff. By far best in class service.”
