CUSTOMER SERVICE is Dead!
Pharmacy- A great example of how they are not your friendly neighborhood pharmacy. They seem to only be able to do what their computer tells them and good luck trying to get them to do anything outside of that!

If I could only give no stars I would. The staff here is so rude, not helpful at all. No compassion whatsoever.I was told They are not required to send a refill to a doctor it is a courtesy. There is a problem every time. Only went here because of convenience but I'm switching because kindness is more important to me.

If you value your time, don't bother calling this place. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Three times the young lady picked up and said please hold before I could say a word. Then after 20 minutes it disconnected.

Good lord the drive through takes 4 score and 73 days to do anything. Sat in line for 30 minutes, gave up and went inside and walked right up to the counter and was immediately served. Why have a drive through if you don't attend to it?
