I was not able to qualify for the special that was running in June of a $400 down payment on a vehicle through here without at least 1000 a month payment and another 1000 in insurance payments. The sales associate kept hoping the payment from $400 to $500. I gave up. Door dash was my only job and I could not finance the vehicle using that as the job. I ended up leaving Arkansas altogether because I lived there 6 months and NO ONE could employ me. Now I'm in Michigan and things are finally working out. I'm employed now. I will never return to America's car mart for any other transactions. I love public transit and will never leave any city that offers it because I cannot afford to finance a vehicle of any kind and certainly am not able to afford the insurance payments.their hamburgers and hot dogs that day were awesome. Thank you for the free meal. Even though I know you tried to keep me from a vehicle intentionally. I still escaped your awful state. And no. I will never try to finance anything ever again nor will I apply for any loans. A passport will fix everything.

This place is a rip off I am paying my daughter car note and they jacked up the price on a car that’s barely worth 7000 up to 17000 and they continue to show up to my job and made me feel threatened while we were with clients and they are racist it’s against the law for any dealership to come to your job then she gave me an agreement and renigged please don’t go here especially if you are a black person

I had the worst experience with a lady named Courtney at the car mart in Benton! It was over the phone. Several witnesses at the Car mart in north Little Rock, only because she was on speaker phone. I left a message for the General Manager the same day to get in contact with me which was Friday . He has yet to reach out. So if I can’t speak with him tomorrow I will be back to this review to update it!

I wish I could give zero stars. The only person that was ever nice was Shelby. She was always helpful. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a car from this lot or car-mart. Customer service goes along way. The biggest mistake I made was buying a car from them.

Well, I financed a 2017 Nissan Titan and had it 2 weeks before the transmission needed replaced. Good news is car mart is getting it replaced as the service contact stated they would. So far so good…. I’ll update upon completion or not. Thanks!
