My family and I are in this store daily, it feels like. I have met several different employees and some faces stay the same. They've always been kind and helpful. Yes, there may only be a couple of people working at a time, but for what they get paid hourly I believe they've given great service. Employees tend to be happier, work harder, faster when they are being compensated for their worth and time. I understand everyone is in a hurry, regardless, if you're running behind for something of actual importance or to get back home to finish streaming something on an app. They are working checkouts, cleaning, restocking, assisting other customers so take that in mind when dealing with anyone. You have no idea what they are dealing with, just as none of us due. Patience and kindness isn't that hard to show to someone who is trying to help you. Be kind and maybe say thank you once you've checked out.

They are rude and unprofessional. I tried calling them this afternoon to ask if they have flea medicine for dogs and they picked and said nothing and when I said hello they hung up...I called back and same thing...I called them 4 different times before I said I was going to complain...then they quit answering the phone

Just left the store has western union signs plastered all over the building went in to get one and they had no idea what it even was and was very rude about it

They usually have what I need. Store almost always looks in disarray, with partially stocked merchandise in the way. Usually a slow line for checkout with one cashier. Self-checkout is operational only about half the time. Staff are usually nice and helpful.
