I took my 2014 ram 3.0 eco diesel there for a intake manifold replacement and come to find out it caught on fire and melted the wiring harness they got it fixed I was working and couldn’t pick it up myself so my wife did. Now men pay attention and wives or better half’s they made my wife feel comfortable and didn’t make her feel stupid or try to take advantage of her being a woman Blake explained what happened and showed her the burnt intake manifold and said take a picture of it I am sure your husband will want to see it. Wife was so impressed with how she was treated she said that is the first shop that treated me like they would you I want you to take my car there. I called to see if they work on gasers. They do so guys take your best gals car there and your diesel truck. My truck was done for a fair price.

I was having a major problem with my truck and had stopped at 4 auto parts stores a couldn’t find what I needed and was referred to them by three of the different auto parts stores. I was from out of town and needed to get something done because I would not have been able to make it back home to Texas. Where you are? Back to Arkansas at 10 o’clock had to go up there and pick up a horse if my truck start having major problems I wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to make it back what auto parts store they help me out quite a bit mechanic shop I got a little bit of bad fuel and one of the injectors stuck open, and it was blowing smoke like crazy. These gentlemen helped me out without costing me an arm and a leg. Thank you very much.

Russell and Duck's Garage accepted our Motorhome for repair after breaking down in a campground. A diesel shop whose primary service is for commercial vehicles. Our MH issue was difficult, but they persevered to a good conclusion.

I called the shop last minute to get a quick diagnostic test on my freightliner. They were able to fit me in right away. Wayne the mechanic helped me out and took a look at everything. These are some of the nicest group of people I have ever run into while having my tractor serviced. I’ll definitely remember this place when I’m in the area! Thank you all so much! :)

This shop is amazing. Russell & Blake those guys do very good quality work. The last 5 years I have trusted them with both of my trucks. If I have a problem I will drive from Los Angeles, CA to Benton, AR because their work is the best. I can’t say enough good things about them. I sincerely appreciate them!
