Please, choose any other rental company. They don't know their own policies, they will waste your time and will be rude in the process. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the airport where you have more choices. If I could give zero stars I would.

The vehicle they provided me smelled awful. Cigarette smell was overwhelming.For the first time ever I had to drive the vehicle back to the enterprise lot. Always in the past I was picked up at the body shop and returned the vehicle to the body shop.Not happy about my most recent enterprise experience.

I'm right with everyone else. Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. They will make unauthorized charges to your card and you'll never get the money back. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Every experience I've had with the Benton has been top notch. They're very professional. J Riojas, Lillian, and the branch manager, Nicole successfully helped me with all the bumps I was running into. They're quick and personable without even having to be. Great people to due business with.

Highly disappointed w this business. We had made reservations to rent the vehicle and upon time to pick up we were denied. They stated we needed a utility bill. We were from out of town and did not have one w us. Therefore our trip was a total let down. You can have the money but still be refused service. Never again Enterprise. Your employees need better customer service skills as well.

Wife has special needs and was rerouted due to construction google maps fault. When she called office for help they rudely told her just got ake it anywhere in Little Rock this was at 4:45 pm Dec 13. All staff was helpful during the initial rental while on property but soon as it was paid and off the lot it was an unbelievablely horrible experience.

1. Cost $570 for suv. I only needed it one day but because they are closed on Sunday I had to do two. Not good.2. Was supposed to be a Tahoe like suv. I even called to be sure it could seat 8 total. No problem they said. When I get there they have a Durango... the Durango only seats 7. Very uncomfortable for the riders. Not good.3. It should be very clear that you have to have a credit card. I had one but it's almost like a "gotcha" moment.... she even said that it happens a lot and that you have to "read the fine print."4. The staff was excellent. Friendly. Professional. Efficient.

The location was easy to find, friendly staff and great selection of vehicles. I actually got to try the vehile I am thinking of purchasing so added bonus for my trip. Overall great service, vehile was good on gas and easy return process.

Extremely upset with Enterprise. I had a collision with my car, filed a claim with auto insurance. When I picked up my rental I was told that someone would reach out when insurance was done paying for the rental, and when I should return it. Five days PAST that date, I got a phone call that I could not answer due to work. Then within 30 minutes they charged my debit card WITHOUT authorization. I had no phone calls prior to this. No emails, nothing. Not even from auto insurance. And then I randomly get $300 taken. I call the store and they tell me that they can’t do anything, and I should call auto insurance. As if they weren’t the ones who charged me $300. The person over the phone said that the five days got sent to “corporate” since I had not paid. Mind you, the date I was “supposed” to return the car was Thursday. I took the car back that next Tuesday. So within three business days, I got “sent to corporate” and $300 of my hard earned money was taken without notice. Enterprise, do us all a favor and start notifying your customers. And stop TAKING when you have a phone number and email for a reason.

First of all, made my reservation with a live person 3 months before pickup date. Then went by the local office in Benton, Ar to confirm everything was in order for my reservation on 07/21/23. Three mini vans reserved, confirmed. Went by the local office again one week before pickup date. ( Tried to call this office times & put on hold no one ever answered the phone even after 50 minutes on the hold line)Was told I only have two mini vans reserved in their system, very discounted at this time, was told they would have 3 vans on pickup date.Second, the rental rate you are told at the beginning is just the basic rate, without the extra fees. Extra fees are for their insurance, $30 a day, $15 a day for extra driver, as you and your spouse are the only person that can drive the vehicle, unless you add the extra drivers, road side service extra fee. So the $119 a day rate ends up being $179 a day.On the bright side 3 vans were available on pick up date, but I could only rent one of them, had to have extra persons to rent the other two vans, in their name, had the be charged on their personal credit cards, could not pay for all three on my card.Received several text messages on my return due date. One van to be returned at 08:00 am & the other two at 04:00 pm, same date. Picked up all three vans on same day and time, but different returns times.Vans did their job for 11 days with no problems, tried to call the local office about the different return dates, but again no answer, put on hold for 55 minutes, finally just hung up, could have drove to the office 35 miles away, before they answer the phone. Office personnel very friendly at the office when you get there. Heard several complaints from other persons in the office about the same thing, no answering the phone and put on hold by the answering service. So be prepared for this when you rent from Enterprise. Several persons in the local office complained about no availability of cars to rent. I asked about the phone problem’s, was told they were just very busy, maybe they need a little more help at this location.Good luck with your rental.

Renting the car and returning it was great. But the condition of the car I was given was horrible. Several dents on the outside, which didn't affect the car, but the inside had bad stains in all the seats and cig burns also in the back seat. Never have I rented a car in the past that wasnt in New condition.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! We reserved a mini van for vacation to pick up this morning. When we arrived, we were told they had no van. They offered a VW Atlas ( SUV) instead. Great, they said it was getting oil change & then it would be ready. They close at noon. We call around 11…they say they have called Firestone multiple times & vehicle not ready. They assure us they will wait to close so we get a vehicle. Well, we go by at almost noon. No vehicle. They won’t call Enterprise at the LR airport for us & tell us they must close due to automatic alarm system. They close. We call Firestone, they say no one from Enterprise called & the vehicle had been ready for over an hour. Now we have NO vehicle for our trip. Never will we ever do business with this Enterprise location again!!!
