Shane Pigue is a great salesman but, most importantly, a good human. My personal buying experience included a prior buy six weeks earlier of a new Traverse that involved a seized motor at 900 miles. At 4 weeks of a provided loaner and no new motor, I had the opportunity to see that an Equinox (loaner vehicle) was perfect for my family's every day needs and wants as well as traveling on a weekend. Shane helped make a Traverse trade-in happen and ultimately a beautiful Equinox is now mine. Everett Chevrolet is my go to for vehicles now, despite what happened that was not their fault. They went above and beyond to help wherever they could. I'm very pleased and would recommend them.

Clayton was great. Made the process quick and easy. We dont have much, if any, cell service at our house so most businesses was done through text.. which was super helpful. Couldn't be more happy with the service. Once I was at the dealership he even took the time to make sure I knew where everything was and made sure I had everything I needed (was kind of in a time crunch to get to work afterwards and was in and out with time to spare). Gunner was was also helpful went over everything, was very thorough and not pushy at all, like I've had other places. Everett will definitely be our family's first option for any vehicle purchase in the future. Thanks again.

Warranty replacement of driver side seat. Roger and his guys in service were on point. Had to cancel a few times due to work obligations. Popped in yesterday morning, hoping to get it done and he brought my car in right away and took care of seat replacement.

Super disappointed. I have used Everett for all of my vehicles for years. I recently (12/4) bought a 2019 Yukon. Noticed a few days after having the car that the signal in the passenger mirror was not working. Due to the holidays, I have not contacted them yet. I dropped it off this morning, they informed me that it needed a new passenger door harness which would cost over $650. Due to no extended warranty purchased, they could not fix it for me. I found the part online for $64.00, but I was just disappointed that such a known business wouldn't fix it for no cost since I just purchased the vehicle and it was like that when I purchased it (it still has temp tags on it).
Update: 7/12/24- Soon after reviewing, I did have someone reach out to me and let me know they were ordering the part for my car and that it would take a month to come in. It has been over 6 months. Still no phone call :(

This dealership was incredible helping me select my new truck. The manager and sales man were extremely helpful in finding me the truck that fit the things I was looking for in a truck. They were patient with me as I made the right decision and showed me several options and talked me through options. Even down to the financing and warranties, they walked me through multiple options and explained each well. This was a 5 star experience and they were kind, patient and thorough through the entire process.
