Called ahead to make an appointment for 2 adults and a 7 year old. Arrived on time, and they got us in very timely. I was unsatisfied with the little amount of scrubbing that was done on our feet and the way the entire thing felt so rushed. 2 of us were completely finished within 20 minutes. While paying, instead of letting me choose my own amount to tip, the man behind the counter decided to choose 20% for me which I did not appreciate.

I will not go back. I didn't get what I wanted, she did what she wanted, and 3 of my nails are crooked. I paid a lot of money for crappy nails!

I came in for a mani/pedi for myself and my daughter. The tech who did my daughter’s did a decent job and was gentle enough. The person who did mine, I believe her name was Lin, injured two of my toes to the point today it hurts to walk. She filed the tops of my toenails with a rough board that took skin off. I also had asked if she could make the water cooler, she turned the knob a bit but it was insanely hot despite me asking to cool it down. My fingernails were done with gel and there’s paint on my cuticles and it is not smooth, it’s also got spots missing clear coat. I also noticed that my nail tech had a fairly large open wound that appeared badly infected and covered with a singular bandaid that was loose and did not cover the entire wound (I’ve been a nurse for over 10 years, it’s infected). Once I saw that, I just wanted to get out fast and didn’t want to stick around to ask for my gel polish to be fixed. And now, my paranoia of germ transmission has me treating my two cut toes with antibiotic ointment and praying I don’t get an infection. I will NEVER go back.

I was really nervous about trying a new nail place. I needed a good salon that took their time and made me feel relaxed and not rushed. The place was clean and friendly. Cindy was amazing!!!! She not only took her time and did an excellent job but she got my ingrown nails out. I will definitely be back. I just wish you served something to drink. See you in a few weeks.

I recently visited this spa and had a highly disappointing experience. Despite having an appointment, we were left waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes before our services began. The pedicure itself was subpar—my massage chair was broken, and despite informing the technician multiple times that the water was too hot, she just giggled and turned it to cold water. The technician was rough with the cuticle trimming, and I was even poked a few times with sharp nail clippers. The most disappointing part is the foot massage, turned out to be nothing more than a basic lotion rub! :( As a pregnant woman seeking a relaxing experience, it fell far short of my expectations.

Specialties: My daughter takes me here every year for Mother's Day. And we always have great service. There is one gentleman that I do not prefer set other than that. This place is wonderful
