They refused to take insurance for much needed medication. Said it was the only insurance they didn’t take. It was for a veteran of the military and I found that very disrespectful. So if you served your country and have VA coverage for your medication you won’t be accepted here. So much for ‘Thank you for your service’. Veterans don’t count at this pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy in Saline County…call in a prescription they say it will be ready in 30 minutes, tell them we will be there in 2 hours and guess what still not filled, tell them to deliver it and they delivered it 4 hours later and forgot the syringe for the medicine…but I can drive up there for a free .24 syringe if I’d like…they did not even fill the other prescription because I requested to have my meds moved to another pharmacy after I asked them to fill it!! Ever since this place was bought out it has went down hill fast!

One star isn’t even deserved. Terrible management along with embarassing excuses. Claims all of their staff has left causing the pharmacy to be behind when in reality the new owner continuously fires the employees who worked there under Tim and continues to hire incompetent people. This pharmacy doesn’t deserve to have business at this point. The new owner, along with the new head pharmacist should be ashamed of them selves. I, along with my family would never and will never return, and heavily advise others to do the same.

Finleys pharmacy USED to be an amazing pharmacy, not anymore Since the pharmacy changed hands it is horrible. If I were Mr Finley I would get my name off the door and off the business Lost prescriptions, unfilled prescriptions, prescriptions faxed over and not found, prescriptions not refilled after being called in days ahead ,try to call in for a refill and get hung up on after 35 minutes on the phone.. Rude man works the front desk check out. Delivery that never gets your medicine to you in a timely matter. On Charge accounts now that never takes money out of your account on the specified day they are supposed too, they take it out when anyone that works there, ANYONE,
has time to do that job.

Since the merger with another pharmacy and the implementation of a new integration system, my experience with this pharmacy has been consistently disappointing. What should be a straightforward refill process has become a challenge they struggle to handle.
My primary frustration lies in their inability to adhere to schedules. It's unreasonable that I have to follow up multiple times a day just to ensure my prescription gets filled. Often, they either misplace my order or seem unwilling to check if it's been processed.
My constant disappointment in them has led me to write my first negative review. Considering their struggles with fulfilling a monthly prescription, I hesitate to trust them with compound medicine.
With that said, I do not blame the good people that work there. It is not their fault that it is terribly mismanaged.

I’ve tried to stick it out with Finley Pharmacy. I’ve had prescriptions called/faxed in and when you call they tell me they’re working on it. That it should be ready in 20-30 minutes. Go back two hours later and still not ready. The lady at the window says “I’ll put this out for delivery today. We will call you when we’re on our way.” Expressed how important it was to make sure I get prescription today. At 5:45pm, called and said they were closed. Call first thing in the morning the following day and was told they had some issues but wasn’t sure what it was, but would but it out for a STAT delivery and will be leaving the store at 10:30am. Two and a half hours later, still no delivery. Called again and the lady couldn’t tell me when it would be delivered or what time the driver left the store. This isn’t the only time we’ve had issues. Call and sit on hold for 45 minutes, been hung up on numerous times, and the list goes on. The buy out by Allcare isn’t the only problem, Finley’s had issues way before that. Now it’s just gotten worse. Will be changing to a new pharmacy that cares about their customers.

Used to be the best pharmacy in town. Now that they’ve sold out service is horrible and slow. Even if you call ahead days before you pick up be prepared to wait 20 minutes or more for your prescriptions

A+!!!! Hands down the best pharmacy ever for the last 7 years I've used them. Now that they sold, it's gone down hill fast. Was told for 3 days that our scripts were ready and for 3 days, we go to pick them up to be told it wasn't filled yet Even though the text said it was. Sad to see the original owners retire. Guess it's time to find another go to pharmacy

I really have tried to stick with them during the Smith Caldwell closing and the transition to Allcare, but they're making it hard. If they have adopted a new processing time frame, they should advertise it. Prescription called in yesterday, called this morning and they said they could have it ready in an hour. Get there to pick it up 2 hours later and still have to wait for them to get it ready. The person working the window could care less, that's the biggest issue I have. They could care less about other people's time. I have stood in line for 30 mins, waited in my car for 45 mins, had to call multiple times to get through, all because I thought things would get better and I wanted to stick it out. Needless to say, they don't seem to be as busy now, I must not be the only person giving up in them! It's a shame because I like to stay local but I can't stand poor customer service!

Can't seem to ever get them ready on time! Call and they put you on hold and then hang up.. took me 3 days to get them on the phone..and even longer to get my medicine.. service has went downhill
