Do NOT use this bank’s Benton location! They are unhelpful, unprofessional, and downright rude. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stood in line for what felt like 20 mins with no help. Maybe I wasn't dressed nice enough for them. NOT going back. EVER.

WARNING DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK AT THE BENTON LOCATION! They are unhelpful in every way . Claudia is the rudest. They took my elderly mothers debit card from her and they will accuse you of stealing your own mothers money when you are helping her at the bank trying to close her account. Now my mother with Dementia can't pay her bills until this is sorted out. Beyond ridiculous. I've never been treated so poorly by a bank ! I give it negative stars. Extremely unprofessional .

I'm sure that because I'm not super rich and depend on every paycheck is the main reason for the horrible customer service I received from this branch. I tried to withdrawal $300 from the ATM and it only gave me $220, and I don't know about the employees inside but $80 is the difference between having or not having groceries for the week for my family. When I told who I assume is the assistant manager about it she was Instantly aggravated with me for interrupting her talk time with the other employees. Then I had to wait an hour in the parking lot for them to count the money out of the ATM just so the manager can tell me it's gonna take 10 business days for them to look into it and that there is nothing else they can do. She didn't even ask for my cell number so I had to volunteer the info so they can contact me with any update, and of course there was no apology for the whole 2 hours that I basically got screwed out of my money. So I will never go to this branch again and I hope that no one else has to be treated with the disrespect and lack of professionalism that these bankers portray.

First Security Bank Military Branch is the best. We have personal and business accounts with them and have for 30+ years. Molly is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and she has an amazing team.
