Rachael Oliver at the Salem branch is amazing and a true asset. She is friendly but professional and knows her business so well. Rachael has assisted me in setting up accounts as well as intervening when I was the possible victim of a scam. She knew me well enough to take a personal interest in my well being and prevented what could have been for me a huge loss of funds. Thank you for employing such a fine individual.

The staff are always helpful, as soon as they see you, they greet you by your name. I like that. That means they pay attention. They help you with your financial issues and to resolve any problems you might be having!!! Thank you to all the staff at first security banks in salem, alcoa, and benton AR!! Yall rock!!

I recently opened a personal account & business account with First Security Bank. The staff at this location are amazing. Always helpful and friendly and care about their customers.

You have to jump threw too many hoops just to open an account. There website sucks their app is worse. You have to wait for a debit card to spend YOUR OWN money. Their overdraft protection charges you for the privilege of being declined. So no real protection. If you have an issue the people talk down to you and are very rude for "bothering" them. Deffenitly in need of some customer service. 100 percent would not recommend.
