Disappointed in the return policy for electronics. Some electronics cannot be tested in store (need batteries or cords not provided). Their policy is for a store credit. Pricing is absurd, dressing rooms are unavailable, they don't organize clothing by size. I saw a heavily soiled pajama set on the rack and I wanted to vomit. How anyone saw fit to price that and put it out is beyond me. Greedy.

This is my favorite shop. Hands down. I'm all for second-hand and upcycle. However, this is by far the best goodwill I've ever been too and I've been to many many places. Worth a drop in.

Dressing rooms are closed, and when you return them now, you get store credits. Kind of a trap I would say.

It is a pretty nice Goodwill as far as they go. It is organized well, and they seem to have a good turnover on items in their store. As with all Goodwills, I am disappointed in how high many of the prices have gotten. I know they have to cover overhead, but it is common to run across some items priced higher than you can get them new at local stores. They either don't realize that those products have been marked down elsewhere or they see a semi-designer tag and immediately price it very high. You can still find decent deals if you dig through items and get lucky. It just doesn't happen here for me as often as it does at most other thrift places.

I was very disappointed to learn they closed the dressing rooms permanently and you are no longer able to try on clothes. They do offer refunds but only as store credit. I often pay with cash so if I can't not receive cash for a refund I probably won't be shopping there too often anymore
