I'm so grateful I found this wonderful local business. They had exactly what I needed for my bathroom remodel. We had a slight issue with the wrong vanity color, but Hunter Jenkins stepped up BIG TIME and had a vanity shipped from another location. He went above and beyond once he understood the serious time crunch my installers were working with. He also made a last minute necessary change of my granite top. I can't say enough about Hunter's customer service...he is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a great asset to this business.

I’ve waited to do a review because I wanted to get the kitchen complete. All is left to do is just a few handles. The staff at home outlet in Benton is just incredible. I was so overwhelmed when I walked in and Michael took great care of me. I gave him some measurements of the kitchen and he went to work on a beautiful design that didn’t disappoint.! He is incredibly knowledgeable on both how to make you feel comfortable he gives you great ideas and I’ve never seen anyone be able to work or computer and design like he can. In addition to Michael being Excellent. Both Lydia and Hunter were just so wonderful To work with. I’ve always enjoyed doing business with them and continue to do so in the future. What an experience! Hunter and Brent were both so helpful and got us everything we needed for a new home we just purchased for my dad. Brent on our first trip showed us all around the store, never pushy, helping us find exactly what we were looking for and all of the things we would need. On our trip when we made our purchases Hunter spent over 2 hours helping us get everything we needed and making sure we would have all of the parts necessary to complete our remodel. If you are doing any kind of home improvements check with Home Outlet in Benton first they have better prices than the big box stores, they care and they are super friendly!!!

They’re lying on their website about services and products. They only have prefab cabinets. They can not and will not repair or replace cabinet doors as they advertise on the website

My husband and i are independent contractors & mainly deal with windows. This store is in our "top choice" category hands down. They have VERY competitive prices ans ALWAYS have what we need !! A bonus is the staff. Very professional, helpful & they even help us load our windows when we get our haul. I highly recommend & cannot say enough good things!!
