My 1st time with Jackson Hewitt. Janet did an excellent job. She was thorough, experienced, friendly & put my mind at ease. I do not like tax time. Always worried. But this time, I just had a good experience & will definitely return to Janet next year!

We absolutely love Janet at the Benton, AR Walmart. We have used her for years. We even moved to Vilonia and still drove to her to do them. Her amazing smile and she is so sweet. We have the best tax experience with her. Thank you Janet for making taxes easy task each year.
