I prefer this older store over the newer, larger Kroger Marketplace that's also in Benton. They just had a remodel and the store is much easier to navigate. The staff is incredibly helpful and I always find a great deal whenever I shop here. I particularly like the Deli area.

I purchased some burgers that I have bought several times before, once I got him I opened them up to prepare and they stunk like rotten meat. I called up there and they told me I had to bring the rotten smelling meat up there before they would refund or replace. So now I have bagged up rotten meat in my fridge until I can stop by there again.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I am beyond pissed. I ordered a Minecraft cake and cupcakes for my sons birthday. I ordered a couple days before so they wouldn’t have to rush. My order was confirmed for 830am 04/25/2024 which is today and the day of my sons birthday and his party. They did NOT have his cake or cupcakes. They pretended like they did not receive any information on the cake. I asked to speak to the manager. The assistant manager came and asked if I had the correct store so I showed him my email confirmation with all of it and he confirmed it was correct. All he did was take a photo of my email confirmation and say he will look into it. That’s it. No apology, no cake comped, no “have a good day”, nothing. Never ordering a cake here again. I went to Walmart for a birthday cake after. They could’ve called me today or a couple days before saying they won’t have it or something as a heads up.

Tonight, my husband and I went in to buy some chairs. The person at the customer service desk called for someone. The young man (Alex) was super nice, and he even put out 2 of each chair we were interested in so that my mother in law, my husband, my toddler, and I can test them.
I usually have great interactions with the people that work at Kroger, but tonight, he definitely went above and beyond.

To start out the young lady at you scan was very nice she let me exchange the Purina one tender cuts dog food that was busted. That being said the supervisor lady with glasses older with red vest made a comment of why didn't I say something when I bought it. It was wrapped in plastic do people have x ray vision so stupid.

Sucks you can not give 0 stars. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have never been told so many times I have to wait on my meds 2 times in the same week. Then was told I should have gotten it 2 days ago. Then it will be a 50 minute wait bc it wasn't ready. I was coming here bc it's by my job and a little cheaper. I'll pay more for better quality people.

If you are going to have an item on sale than you have enough to keep it stocked. Kroger and other chains have been taking advantage of the people that shop there that expect to be able to get an item on sale through out the sale period, not with Kroger they run out on the first day of sale!

Smaller store but with great selection. The younger cashiers at night could be managed better to stay focused on the customers' needs.
