Rebecca in the pharmacy has the worst customer skills I’ve ever experienced. I walked in with a hard copy of an RX. I asked her if she was going to ask me for my id and she said “No, we don’t ask her ids here.” I asked her how much the medication would be with my insurance so I would know if I was going to get it filled there or somewhere else depending on the price. She refused to check the price for me until she waited on the person behind me is what she told me. She told me I could sit and wait and it would be about 30 minutes. I proceeded to tell her she had a bed attitude and wasn’t willing to help me and she told me I could speak with a pharmacist. I said ok. A tall man with grey hair and no name tag came over and the first thing I explained was her attitude was terrible. He didn’t seem bothered by that. I said she also didn’t check my id for a controlled substance. Apparently, he heard me say she asked me for my id for the controlled substance and defended her action. I said no sir, she did not ask me for my id, which I’m very sure is the law. He said oh, well, we don’t have a way to scan them, and we don’t have that problem here. Excuse me? So, anyone can pick up anyone’s controlled substances at this pharmacy. At this point, I said I’ll just wait because I have other meds already ready. I have never ever had a problem at this pharmacy. But today blew my mind.

I love this Kroger pharmacy. They are super busy taking care of so many people needing RX or advice. They are caring AND use coupons to save me money ..after checking to see if it’s ok. Well yes..save me money!!!!

This has been my home pharmacy for several years. Very little, if any, waiting in line in the store. Easy pickup and check out. If you call, you are put right through to a tech...no waiting on hold. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and concerned about your health. The online pharmacy part of the Kroger app is flawless, in managing prescriptions and ordering them.

I love this pharmacy.
THEY CLOSE FOR LUNCH FROM 1-130 PM.
The Kroger app is great to monitor status of my prescriptions and pay online. I use the drive though.
Never any problems.

I've had nothing but great customer service from this pharmacy. It's not their fault that everyone in the entire Benton/Bryant area chooses to fill their prescriptions there, of course they are going to be overwhelmed and busy due to this fact. Keep up the great work Kroger's pharmacy! ❤️

Incredibly rude on the phone. Incredibly rude to my fiancée in person. The lack of customer service is astounding and Kroger should be ashamed. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy asap and will no longer shop at Kroger. It is absurd how rude your pharmacy staff is.

The customer service has gotten worse and worse over time. I have used this pharmacy for several years now due to convenience. But to be talked to like it's a burden to answer a simple question regarding a prescription that is backordered for my child is unacceptable. If you don't want to work in customer service, then don't it's just that easy. I needed help and felt as though I was an inconvenience. I would never allow my employees to speak to someone the way the person that answered the phone spoke to me.

Would have been nice to be told when I called for my prescription to make sure they got it before my dentist appointment in the morning that their hours changed and they close at 7 now! You would think that would be something y’all would tell people when they call and say they plan on picking up a prescription that night!

My 82 y/o mom drove to Kroger for gas, then realized she had left her purse at home. The gas station worker, Stephen, loaned his phone - she called my sister, went to voice mail. She scraped together all the coins in the car - $2.64. Not enough for a gallon of gas. I took my coins to Stephen and asked if that was enough to buy some gas - the car would run a long way on just a smidgen. He said I will buy you $5 worth with own money. He did, and I went home, got my purse, and took back a twenty. He took his $5 back and refused the rest. He said, "Just pass it on." That made my day. This was special. ( This was the kroger on Benton, AR on June 1st.)

Terrible customer service, often very rude. Never on time, even after calling several hours ahead. Somehow, even with no line there is always a “10-15 minute wait”. (Usually a good 30-45 minutes)

I've never used this pharmacy until today. I suffered 2nd degree burns on a weekend trip. The er in Missouri gave me 2 prescriptions. I've always used cvs, the cvs in bryant told me they couldn't fill my meds until tomorrow. This pharmacy had it ready in 30 minutes. I appreciate them so much!
