The customer service has gotten worse and worse over time. I have used this pharmacy for several years now due to convenience. But to be talked to like it's a burden to answer a simple question regarding a prescription that is backordered for my child is unacceptable. If you don't want to work in customer service, then don't it's just that easy. I needed help and felt as though I was an inconvenience. I would never allow my employees to speak to someone the way the person that answered the phone spoke to me.

Would have been nice to be told when I called for my prescription to make sure they got it before my dentist appointment in the morning that their hours changed and they close at 7 now! You would think that would be something y’all would tell people when they call and say they plan on picking up a prescription that night!

These folks offer the worst customerEr service in the state ! They are arrogant and incompetent in the same instant which is extremely frustrating! They do t stand behind their mistakes !!!

My 82 y/o mom drove to Kroger for gas, then realized she had left her purse at home. The gas station worker, Stephen, loaned his phone - she called my sister, went to voice mail. She scraped together all the coins in the car - $2.64. Not enough for a gallon of gas. I took my coins to Stephen and asked if that was enough to buy some gas - the car would run a long way on just a smidgen. He said I will buy you $5 worth with own money. He did, and I went home, got my purse, and took back a twenty. He took his $5 back and refused the rest. He said, "Just pass it on." That made my day. This was special. ( This was the kroger on Benton, AR on June 1st.)

Terrible customer service, often very rude. Never on time, even after calling several hours ahead. Somehow, even with no line there is always a “10-15 minute wait”. (Usually a good 30-45 minutes)

I've never used this pharmacy until today. I suffered 2nd degree burns on a weekend trip. The er in Missouri gave me 2 prescriptions. I've always used cvs, the cvs in bryant told me they couldn't fill my meds until tomorrow. This pharmacy had it ready in 30 minutes. I appreciate them so much!

I know they are short staffed but lately (April 22) things are improving. Meds are being filled quickly. Many times the same day. They work hard for us so cut them some slack people.

She hung up on me!! Rebecca hung up on me!! I called the pharmacy for refills and she YELLED at me because they were too soon to be filled. I was just trying to get all my meds filled at the same time. I have been a customer for many years. NOT ANYMORE!! Rebecca should be FIRED!!

They cancelled all grocery pick up orders on Halloween according to their customer service line. I placed mine at 2:30 the previous day and they didn't bother to ask if I was okay with my time being pushed back instead of cancelling it after nearly 24 hrs of waiting. Also, when I placed the order all morning slots were still open.

It takes forever to get drugs. Auto refill has stopped, Online never works, it just goes to "in process" and stays there. I waited a week once and had to call. They had over 700 reqs in the que!! They need more staff !!!!

This location is full of nothing but problems. They have fraudulently filled prescriptions, have terrible customer service, and do not own up to their mistakes. I would not trust this pharmacy with your medical needs, they will inevitably cause you more stress/money/harm.

It’s taking over a week, sometimes longer to get your RX filled. Then when you call and ask why, they give you “oh there’s over 1000 rx in the system.” Then when you want your rx to be moved up in line, they hang up on you.

The worst pharmacy ever!! I liked the idea of being able to pick up my prescription when I do my grocery shopping, but that only works if they have it ready.Not once has it been ready on time, and they always have some kind of excuse. So this time I decided to wait a few daysSo today Friday at 5:20 right before a long weekend I go to pick up the prescription called in on Tuesday, and it was NOT ready. Then they come back to say they are out of this medication. I am now out and will have to go 3 days without it because they FAILED to inform me it was unavailable and give me an opportunity to go somewhere else.

Girlfriend called in her prescriptions over a week ago and was told meds would be ready that night. Well 4 days later called back cause still ain't ready and was told would be ready in 1 hour....that was 2 days ago and she still don't have her meds. Would be much less concerned if the lack of meds wouldn't send her to the mental hospital but I guess a jobs just a job and as long as they get a paycheck why should they care if they do their job correctly or not.

The last 3 times I been here it wasn’t ready. They say 20 but last time I waited 45 . And about 2 out of 5 while I’m waiting isn’t ready . One of mine was to be ready Friday at 1:00 this is Monday and its still not ready . Customer service has gone to heck.
