Vin was really excellent: knowledgeable, responsive and courteous.Went above and beyond helping me coordinate the shipping logistics, pre-shipping prep and sales paperwork. A great person to work with and professional. Bobby, far less so.

Adam Bertrand helped my parents get a new F250. From the beginning, he researched and answered all of their questions. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I came in for The Works Gas Light package (oil change, tire rotation, inspection), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Four vehicles arrived at the same time, but instead of making us wait, four service techs came right out to check everyone in. My technician, Juan M., was friendly and professional even at 7:15 AM.
Although it was my first visit to Everett Ford, he quickly pulled up my info just from my name and phone number…...no time wasted with unnecessary back-and-forth. The customer lounge was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a TV, fresh coffee, cappuccino, and donuts. Every employee I encountered, from Juan to the lounge staff and even the gentleman cleaning, was courteous and welcoming.
The commercials talk about “The Everett Difference,” and I can honestly say I see it. I’ve bought vehicles from several dealerships, and too often the service ends once the sale is complete. I initially was going to return to the dealership in Little Rock where I purchased, but figured I’'d try Everett since they’'re closer. So glad I did. Even though I didn’t purchase my Bronco from Everett, they’ve earned my trust and my future business, for both service and sales.
The communication was also top-notch. I received timely reminders in my preferred format, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Overall, Everett Ford delivered genuine customer care that stands out from the competition. Highly recommended!

It’s was great!!!!! Josh really got things done for us. I’m from Tulsa,ok and accidentally called him when I was trying to call a dealership in Tulsa I got to talking with explain my situation and I what I was looking for and a few days later he called me back. Then a few days after that I drove 4 hours to meet with him and get my car so it was really good experience
