I walked in and one employee greeted me. Did not explain any sales or promotions. She just watched me as I walked around looking for a dress. Some other ladies walked in and were immediately greeted and told all about the sales and clearance sections. Was very personable to them and not me. Was my hair a mess. Yes. It’s HOT outside. I was not carrying my purse. It’s to HOT outside. I had my debit card ready to buy though. But I will NOT be returning to this store. I was also not told thank you for coming in. She just watched me as I left the store. RUDE!

Maurice's is always one of our go-to places for clothing for my daughter and I. I can find plus size work appropriate clothing and she can find trendy stuff in misses sizes she will wear too. They were fairly well stocked for being the day before school started. Had good sales going on. The staff was friendly and checked to see if we needed help with anything. This is a newer store but you can tell they take care to arrange things and it always looks well kept and is easy to find sizes. If you can't find your size they will order it for you and ship it to your house.

Canceled my credit card with them damaging mine and my husband's credit without even informing us stating its their "new policy" from the new credit card company they are using which they didnt even inform us of. I am beyond disappointed with this Company in general.

Love going in a store where you are greeted, ask if you need anything and if you say "just looking" they leave you alone.

Went to pick up order I had in. Got there at 5:45. The doors were already locked!! The hours posted on the window clearly stated 6:00 pm. I drove all the way there for nothing. I could see them inside and knocked on the glass but they ignored me. This is poor business and unacceptable. Very poor management!!!

I’ve visited Maurices a couple of times over the past few months to shop. I’ve also gone there to grab items I ordered that were shipped to the store. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

Good selection of clothes, a little high though. WORST employees, especially the ones in charge. The one here, Brook, I believe, has to have the worst attitude & rudest demeanor. I didn't shop there for 2 yrs waiting for her to be fired, but no she's still there... she talks down to other employees, is rude to them in front of customers & wont help even when the only other employee there is swamped. She made me feel really bad bc I was shopping on a budget. She told me I needed to dress in a bigger size. The list goes on and on.

What happened to customer service. So disappointed, I love Maurice's but it seems now that when you walk in no one greets you. I came in to exchange some pants to a smaller size. Walked up to the counter, 2 younger ladies steadily looking down at register. Not 1 of them raised their heads to tell me " I will be right with you ma'am" nothing. After 5 minutes I walked over got the size of pants I needed and a shirt I liked. Tried to take my time so that they would not be busy. After being frustrated with the wait I decided I better just check out. Both young ladies still eyes down at the register. Finally get to check out and the young lady asked if I found everything ok, well no....at this point I was just ready to leave. The other lady was still face planted in her register. Hopefully by the next time I come in be more pleasant service.
