MyStorage was absolutely AMAZING !!! The sign up and payment process for my unit couldn't have been more easy. After my wife and I moved into our new home they took care of the cancelation of my account with ease and professionalism. If I ever need another storage unit I will DEFINITELY be returning to @MyStorage. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing a storage unit. 5 STARS !!!

My unit that I just rented is filthy. I can't store anything until I go back with a broom, dustpan and possibly a mop!
My husband and I went back and cleaned it, but I haven't been able to bring myself to use it for obvious reasons.
UPDATE: I CANCELED MY CONTRACT AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH MY PROJECTED REFUND. THE REFUND RECEIPT SAID THE TRANSACTION WAS PROCESSED OFFLINE. THIS MEANT IT DID NOT GO THRU. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER WHO INFORMED ME THAT SHE HAS NOTIFIED HER DISTRICT MANAGER AND THAT IT COULD TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE CREDITED BACK TO MY CARD. IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS AND STILL NO REFUND. I ASKED FOR CORPORATES NUMBER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM: 1. FILTHY UNIT, 2. WAS TOLD SHE WOULD COME AND HELP ME CLEAN IT BUT SHE WAS A NO-SHOW AND WAITED FOR THE EXACT MOMENT THAT I CLOSED THE UNIT FROM CLEANING IT TO TELL ME SHE WAS GOING TO BE LATE AND SHE WAS ALREADY 30 MINUTES LATE, 3. AND TO GET AN OFFLINE REFUND RECEIPT THAT NEVER PROCESSED TO THIS DATE GOING ON 2 MONTHS!!!!!

Kassie is friendly and efficient. She keeps this place super clean. I chose this place because she is onsite during the week and also on call, if there were any issues. Best facility in Central Arkansas. Nice to have a cheerful person, face to face, instead of a person offsite that may or may not help you, if you need it. 5 thumbs UP!

whomever has responded to low reviews in the past is passive aggressive, which is problematic at least. your customer service is terrible, and the storage is less than perfect. please work on both.

My unit at the Benton location was recently robbed along with the other units in my section due to a design flaw. The place was trashed and while several known things were stolen there is no way to know for sure what all was taken as I live out of state and do not have the time off work to do a complete inventory. For this reason, I also did not have the time to try to move out my remaining belongings or find a new storage location and just decided to trust their word that they would be correcting their mistake. A week after learning of the break-in, I got an email from their main office stating that rent was going up. My unit was robbed and items belonging to both my deceased mother and deceased grandmother were taken with no way to retrieve and no way to reimburse, and now they are raising my rent. I am very disappointed in this business.

I’ve had my storage here for about 3 years and it’s very clean. I’ve had 3 different sizes and they fit perfectly. Mrs Kassie is so sweet and helpful! It makes renting easier. The best part is the surveillance, I have a camera that seems to point right over my unit. Oh and mine has electricity! It comes in handy with my fan in the summer.
