I came in to get my planner spiral bound and I’ve had to bring it back for a third time because it was not done correctly. Jade was AMAZING the third time I brought it back and took so much care into fixing it at no cost after I have payed for it twice already. I’m so happy with it and so thankful that she fixed it!!
