“Great experience with David! Walmart damaged 3 studs on my tire during a rotation and did not have capability to repair them and sent me elsewhere…I chose tire engineers because it was close by and I didn’t want to drive far in that condition of car. Eventho they were busy, he worked my vehicle in and got it back quickly. He checked multiple additional things over, found another service not completed (that they said they did), and wrote thorough notes for them to review for the reimbursement. Would definitely return!”

I am not a mechanic in any sense, im the computer guy in my family. With this, i get anxiety when going to the mechanic because i dont know what i need or how much it should cost. (No one likes being ripped off)

Michael Goodson was at the front desk for me. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide me impeccable information that i didn’t even think to ask. He is clearly knowledgeable about the business, he was also very transparent, honest and helped me get my repairs figured out.

Johnathan was able to pin point something that happened in my car , i didnt even know! He showed me and gave me advice on who to call, what to do, and honest review of those i was calling.

Keith Silva, he really is like glue. You could just tell he was a real leader and had respect from everyone in the shop, and he showed everyone else the same respect. He kept everything running on a tight ship. Very knowledgeable, respectful, polite, and a good sense of humor!

The store itself was also very clean, with plenty of chairs, outlets, and coffee!
Parking lot is clean too! Bonus points!
