It was my first stop here, and i didn’t expect this from pilot. Trash were dumped on the curb side of the parking lot. It was smelling bad. Had Bad experience.

I am writing this review to bring to management’s attention how rude, demeaning, and unprofessional Susan is. While visiting the Pilot Travel Center of Benton, Arkansas, I observed Susan being extremely rude, snappy, and speaking with a hostile, elevated tone to two Hispanic gentleman that could not speak English. One of the gentleman used his reward points to make his purchase, in which Susan reluctantly and hostility helped. However, the gentleman didn’t have enough points to cover his purchase, thus leaving a small balance. Susan, in an elevated, angry voice stated that he would have to use his “card” to complete the purchase. After several moments of her demanding without illustration that he must use his “card”, I became very uncomfortable with the interaction. So much so that I completed the purchase with my card. The gentleman still didn’t understand exactly what had happened until Susan had began to dehumanize them by shooing them away like stray dogs. I began to admonish her for her extremely rude, unprofessional, and downright offensive behavior. I believe Susan is a poor example of an employee, and a terrible representative of the Pilot/Flying J brand. Thank you for reading.

One of my favorite pilot truck stops now, huge clean showers 🚿 friendly respectful staff and it's surrounded by many restaurants 😀 not to mention Whataburger is literally 0.6 miles away!!

The employees here are nice people. However this is a busy place and if you have a RV it's very tight on the Auto side. The customers here however are some of the most inconsiderate individuals I've ever seen. Park at a pump, come out and fill up, clean out your car and go back inside again. I sat there waiting just not believing some of these people.

I went in to get a shower and when I walked in the shower room there was still urine left on the seat and underneath. Trash was laying around nothing had appeared to be wiped down. Then when I went to tell management they were argumentative and did not apologize for the inconvenience. But they were laughing up a storm when I walked in the building and also after I got out of the shower room. One girl admitted to playing on tick tock all night. This is unacceptable and unprofessional of an establishment. There is also no garbage cans in the shower rooms.
