Its so nice to see honest businessmen nowadays. They took my car in the morning and i got it back the same day. Fully explained to me what was causing my problems, how much everything cost (parts and labor), and were very friendly with me which isnt always guaranteed. The last time i took it in for a suspected oil leak, they told me i didnt have one AFTER they checked it and didnt charge me a dime. Good guys, good business, and theyve got a lifelong customer

I'm doing this review for me and my dad. my dad has been using Poseys for 4 years and they have been reliable and efficient on every job, I just got my oil changed and I was in and out in a jiffy, another plus is they're on the lower expenses side, I love their quality work, so I will be spending my money here from now on.

My family and I have been using Posey's for nearly 20 years. They have always exceeded our expectations and taken care of us.
Justin and his team are knowledgeable and quick with what they do (i.e. your car won't be sitting in a parking lot for several days). They also take the time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have.
They have a nice waiting room with AC, comfy seating, magazines, a Roku TV, a desk to work at, and a nice bathroom. We live 35 minutes away now, but we still drive out to Benton to use them.

I've finally sat down to write about my experience at Posey's. Basically, I'm never going anywhere else to get my car fixed or looked at. These guys KNOW THEIR STUFF. I never felt belittled or looked down on, and I would feel comfortable going there without my dad as a "girl at the mechanic" buffer. Super comfortable, and a very expensive car fix turned into an under 200 dollar fix. Thank you Posey's!!

My family has been in Arkansas for just over a month and the a/c went out on my Acadia. Posey's came highly recommended and today I found out why. They inspected my a/c and even though it is something that cannot be fixed outside of a dealership, they still took the time to explain to my husband and I the issue, provided information, and explained in detail what is needed. Because they were unable to do the work, there was no charge! We will definitely be back for any future needs.

They replaced a fuel regulator for me on my 96 Chevy truck and now it’s running like new. Very happy with their work and the price seemed to be fair and in line with other shops. I would recommend this shop for your repairs
