Very unhappy, I came to roller Alcoa because I thought they were professional but I was very disappointed. I paid almost $4000.00 for what was supposed to be a nice memorial for the love of my life. The service was terrible. The music I picked out was what me and her loved but was changed without my knowledge or permission by people that didn’t pay a dime of the cost. The service was late for some reason unexplained to me. I was very unhappy because I paid for it upfront by myself and was not asked about any of the changes that were made. I just wanted the love of my life to have a decent fair well. And it was not.

We did not receive quality service or respect for my mother. Be assured I will never use them again. My mother would not be happy at all.

Greg Smith forgot to fingerprint my gran mother after he wrote it down and told my family and I that he would make that possible for us to get a necklace

If 0 stars was an option, that’s what they’d get! Greg Smith can’t do his job. He didnt fingerprint my grandmother, something we specifically asked them to do. And wouldn’t return anyone’s phone call when he “realized” he screwed up.

God places people in our path.I am so glad he knows our needs. When my son and only child passed away suddenly, my heart was broken. He was an exceptional child who had autism. When one asks me about my children, and I say, my child has a disability, they often wish that they had not asked. They often become very uncomfortable. But, not Alexis. She asked me to tell her about him.She listened to me and she got it. She created the most beautiful presentation of the video, program, service, and especially the most beautiful poem. That poem reflected my son in such a truthful and beautiful way. Each time I read it and reflect on that day, I realize that wonderful caring Alexis really got it!!She even managed to have a blue vault for him, his favorite color! Her caring and understanding of myspecial circumstances helped to make the worst time in my life easier to bare.Alexis is the best director ever.Susan R

In today’s time, customer service and efficiency don’t seem to be the norm. So when both were done so effectively by Roller-Alcoa and all their staff, I have to say I was so very pleased. All of the staff were accommodating, caring, and efficient. Thank you to all for a truly pleasant experience during a very difficult time.

I want to take a moment and share the wonderful, caring and professional service that we experienced. My sister lives in the community near this funeral home. Most of her family including myself are from out of town. I contacted Roller-Ballard to make arrangements and they were amazing. The service was beautiful and the staff were so kind. We are forever grateful.

I have to commend, once again, the staff, specifically Alexis of Roller-Alcoa.Alexis is not JUST a funeral director.Roller-Alcoa is not JUST another funeral services home.Alexis serves her client families, not as a funeral director, but as the empathetic, caring, loving heart that she is as a human being.RollerAlcoa allows their employees to not only serve you appropriately in providing their services that you pay for, but to recognize and treat an individual how they need to be, even though it may remain elusive to the person who needs it.There’s above-and-beyond, and there’s ABOVE-AND-BEYOND normal above-and-beyond. THAT is Alexis from Roller-Alcoa. This is why:We lost my brother on July 2, 2019. He was the baby, I am the oldest. It rocked my sanity, it truly did.A few months after Alexis and Roller-Alcoa’s responsibility to me in ANY form had been completed;I needed something that neither had the slightest obligation to even listen to, much less help with or provide me.I needed so very much to ‘see’ what and where my brother has been. The places he ‘saw’ and the services that had been completed for him.It was morbid and I’m sure completely ridiculous to a whole of people, but I, just me, needed it to lay my experience with his death finally down.Alexis was kind enough to make arrangements and take her time to allow me to be toured in the allowable places where my brother has been. She showed me the equipment that they used to transport, explained the processes, all the when’s and why’s. Even let me accompany her to their crematorium where his service had taken place. The only ‘horror’ about it, had been what I had made it up to be in my mind. In the end, she made even those details a great blessing to know. She provided me with a peace that I needed so badly, for a SECOND time. And then a few days ago, on the first anniversary Of his death, I was sitting in West Palm, Florida, trying to get through that weird day, my door alarm alerted me to a delivery on my porch. It was a beautiful plant sent from none other than Alexis; and a sweet message that I was on her heart and mind that day.How many people can say that their youngest siblings death had provided SO MANY continued blessings from a chance-meeting with a funeral director? Most never will, but by The Almighty, I DID.She’s didn’t just represent her employer well, she continues to represent our human race better than most everyone I have ever met.I have come to love her as a family member and I will always use Roller-Alcoa because I’ve seen how they allow to be more than just their employee title.Alexis, my heart, you will go beyond every expectation you or your employer can even see from here. God-Speed Chica!Sincerely,Elizabeth Callahan Fisher(I invite anyone unfamiliar with Roller-Alcoa to read my initial review from 11 months ago also).

My husband died Saturday. We went to the funeral home today. We seen him I was very upset that he wasn't cleaned. He was still in the clothes that he passed away in. Body fluids still in his clothes. He was just like when they picked up from my house. They should of had him cleaned and dressed instead of laying in his bodily fluids. The staff was very nice.

There is a Mr. West at this place who absolutley does not need to be in his position. Sad at the lack of people skills he brings to the table. We won’t use or recommend this place. The customer Service Person did a great job, but Mr. West was awful.
