91423THX “Farah” better known as Emilie… your help was far beyond what I expected; kind, thoughtful, well knowledgeable employee who walked personally walked me back to the exact display where my item was located.Christa, the store manager, who explained they expected the DM to come for a inspection, this was why her and Laura were having difficulty serving the customer first.To me, the customer’s satisfaction should have been far more important to the DM. This was certainly the focus of these three employees.I came during the peak hours, when most customers frequent this store. Not one of the many customers fail to have our needs met while each of these ladies juggled prepping the store for the DM… who I guess decided not o show up at the last minute.What a waste of employee hours, they should not be worried about meeting the DM’s needs for them to pass his/her store cleanliness inspection. Of course the store is going to be a little bit messy, shouldn’t the employee’s be handling the items a customer is purchasing vice a broom and dust pan!Laura it’s okay to be loud, I’m sure all the cleaning created too much noise, I’m grateful for the customer satisfaction I felt when I left this store, I will continue to use it, cleaned up per the DM needs or not. It looked clean to me, just had a few messy customers in it

I am not a customer and based on your customer service I am glad that I am not. For three days I have been calling your company regarding a misdelivery that was delivered by Door Dash to the wrong location. Nothing has been done regarding it. I called the Benton location three times. To hear oh we will call the customer to let them know where the package is. You think you are not at fault because Door Dash did the delivery. You don't care because you got your money. This is terrible customer service. You need to have this package that was delivered to the 1000 building of Par Drive picked up. Also the address on package is 990 Par drive. It has been sitting out in the elements for 3 days now.

Krista is AMAZING!! I am doing my sisters hair, and my grandmother had to go and buy the items. She wrote down the directions on how to use everything and when!! I am so grateful and she was very helpful! Thank you!

I feel like they were just trying to make a quick sale and get us out of there before closing. The lady there seemed like she kind of knew what she was talking about, so I trusted her judgement. I spent 60$ in hair items to do my hair, along with my sister's. The bleach I bought did nothing but bleach our roots & the color I bought did not dye like it was supposed to, with that being said i feel like I wasted my money for nothing.

I just got ion semi permanent dye and the permanent dye was mixed in with the semi permanent I called up there not to get a refund or anything just to let them know. The lady on the phone was not understanding me and then hung up on me. I used to work there I know where the permanent hair dye is but it was mixed in i grab four dyes two dif colors and I grabbed them from the semi permanent side and I got two permanent dye’s because they were right behind the semi. They look exactly the same so I understand getting it mixed up but not believing a customer and hanging up on them when I was being polite. I was just trying to let them know. I’ve literally never had that happen before. I’m not naming anyone because it’s not that deep but Jesus …

Every time I shop at this location I feel like there always watching you around the store! Please stop that! It's very rude and unprofessional, I will be reporting this to corporate! And if this continues i will take this matter even further! I'm a Registered Nurse no reason to steal or be unethical!?
