I bought my 1st mobility van in 2017. I'm on my 3rd van. Carlton and his folks are very professional and treat each customer with care and consideration. Very professional and friendly! They make you feel special at every visit.

Carlton and his crew put hand controls on my first vehicle almost 25 years ago. I've moved to multiple states and visited multiple conversion facilities, and you will never find another crew out there like Carlton and his crew. I've dealt mostly with him and David over the years, but the entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. They truly care about their customers and our independence. There's no other place I would go!

Dillon, Carlton, David have been a GREAT advocate. Someone rear-ended me with a Bruno folded wheelchair carrier attached. No damage to vehicle, but carrier and trailer hitch were both compromised. Insurance company (Geico) was NOT wanting to pay for REPLACING both, because they could not see the damage in the photos they received. I was letting Geico communicate with the shop, but Geico was being difficult. After I pushed Geico to get a local representative involved, the shop was able to convince them that the damage was there. Both items are getting replaced due to the guys at MobilityWorks would not give up. Oh, Lexie was great too.

Shout to Carlton, David, Dillon,Craig, and Matt at Mobility Works in Bryant, AR. They all went above and beyond to complete the final steps of our conversion van to get us on the Road for our vacation. Y'all did a great job getting it done. Super friendly, excellent customer service, explained how to to operate the doors, ramp and got my husband in his wheelchair all hooked in the passenger side and ready to roll!! Thank you guys! We will be back for any future purchases or issues, you have gained 2 new customers. Thanks again! God Bless.

I have checked into several handicapped accessibility vehicle companies. And found that Mobility works in Benton , AR. Was the best buy far . Their customer service was excellent. Their caring toward their customers well being and overall experience was on point. Main example; I found a vehicle and was approved for the financing of it. When the vehicle arrived in Benton, AR. the manager didn't have to tell me about the condition of the the vehicle being rusted out under the vehicle and he could of sold it to me. But he didn't he was honest and told me allowing me to refuse that vehicle and I was able to get a better vehicles that fit my budget. Mobility Works give me the best trade in value for my older van. Also while having a huge selection of affordable units in my price range. That wasn't over priced. I had tried to do business with Superior in Fayetteville, AR. And they are out for nobody but themselves. Their vehicles were the same quality as mobility but theirs was way over priced. And offered me nothing for my trade in. Plus I caught their Manager in several lies. As a disabled veteran I informed the VA of this . AND believe they are only dealing with Mobility Works out of Benton, AR.

They have always been so courteous and kind. They have helped service my son's lift a few times and are reasonable and do great service. GRATEFUL to have such a great company so close to home!
