TLDR: Great service, respectful stylists, 10/10 reccomendGenerally, people are skeptical about booking the salon in Walmart, which is a beyond outdated mindset. Every stylist I have encounter here was perfectly capable of matching my hair to my vision. To say that I am satisfied with my recent visit would be a massive understatement.Madison Turner did an amazing job with my little one. She was respectful of my wishes while still letting my daughter feel in control of the hair cut that she was receiving. I am very happy with the quality of service recieved and the professionalism of the stylists on site. My daughter loved her haircut and can't wait to book again.The location is incredibly convenient and the pricing is fair. The stylists have always been wonderful as well. I don't forsee myself booking with a different salon anytime soon!

Madison is absolutely amazing me and my daughter both hit haircuts and eye brow waxing. I have extremely curly hair and I had alot of knots in my hair and Mads was amazing at getting them out. I didn't know what I wanted exaxtly and she managed to give me exactly what I wanted lol. Good price clean store and wonderful stylist. We will be with Mad's for a long time to come.

Absolutely disgusted with our experience. My wife was in for a haircut this afternoon and a $26 haircut was rung up $40. The hair dresser put a big tip in herself without asking or any type of permission. Beyond pissed and will not be returning customers.Called there today again (the day after appointment) to discuss it and as told "it not tip it charge for beard trim and cutting bangs" umm??? Lady BANGS ARE PART OF THE HAIRCUT SBD AND HAIRCUT COST!!!!! and my wife does NOT have a beard or any type of facial hair to "trim" a $26 haircut and charged $40!!!! I will be calling corporate and be sure she loses her job as well as pays me back out of her pocket. Lying thief charging extra so she can put it in her pocket and steal from customers as well as the company. Not only that but my wife's bangs looking like the crooked side of a triangle and I had to take her to a REAL SALON and pay them to completely fix the whole haircut

I had the best experience and got exactly what I wanted if not better with the manager Zaira Madrid. She was super friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back as this is now my go to salon.

I got my hair done at Smartstyle by Zaira the manager and she was very professional. My hair was cut and colored and it turned out fabulous. Definitely recommended getting your hair done with her.

I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by one of the stylists at the Benton, Arkansas location. The incident left my 12-year-old daughter in distress and caused unnecessary anxiety for both of us.Initially, the stylist assured us that she could provide the requested services. However, shortly after starting the appointment, she abruptly changed her mind and stated that she would not be able to fulfill our requests. This kind of inconsistency was highly unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated and confused.To make matters worse, the stylist attempted to overcharge us for the limited services she did provide. This blatant attempt to take advantage of the situation was not only disrespectful but also showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.The most distressing part of our experience was when the stylist repeatedly suggested a pixie cut for my daughter against her clear and repeated statements that she did not want her hair shortened. This incessant questioning caused my daughter to have an anxiety attack. As a parent, it was distressing to witness my child in such a state due to the insensitivity and lack of empathy displayed by the stylist.However, the worst insult came during the payment process. As I was attempting to settle the bill for the meager services rendered, the stylist had the audacity to call my daughter autistic. This derogatory statement not only crossed professional boundaries but was highly offensive and completely unwarranted. Such comments are completely unacceptable and demonstrate a severe lack of professionalism on the part of this employee.I am incredibly angered and disgusted by the events that unfolded during our visit to this salon. The lack of professionalism and empathy exhibited by the stylist is beyond comprehension. This was the first and last time we will be visiting Smart Style.

We made an appointment, was there before appointment time. Someone was in seat, ok great. Walk ins walked up 1 min before us (they were still checking in when we walked up) and she took them over our appointment. Zaira is absolutely unprofessional. After standing my ground she agreed she would get us first, so we waited. After she finished her client she then turned to us and the walk in and said ok who’s next? I got up and said us, we were appointment, they are walk ins it’s not good practice to take them before us. She said I won’t take your attitude so I said ok and left. Will never be back here after experiencing that!!

I am in a wheelchair and at first I had to wait for approximately an hour. Then when she went to wash my hair she told me she didn't think she could do a good job. We went to her station and I told her what I wanted it took all of 5 minutes to cut my hair. I couldn't believe she rushed like she did. People in wheelchairs arent poison or have a disease. Anyway she got a dollar tip and waited to get more and got a little aggravated at me. I won't mention her name because it's not right. But if they are gonna work with the public they need to treat everyone as equal.Service: Haircut

My hair stylist person had moved to another county. So, I haven’t had a haircut in over a year. Was in Walmart shopping & stopped at this salon. Asked for someone to cut some long layers & frame my hair around my face. My hair is natural curly. I had straightened it earlier that morning. A person named Kourtney attempted to do something along the lines of what I asked. She never offered me a mirror to look at the back. I just put my hair up in a ponytail after leaving. Later that evening I brushed my hair out & was horrified! The sides are not layered, blunt cut to my shoulders & the back forms a V shape like a long mullet. I’ve called 3 times since this morning and no one is answering. I have a wedding shower to attend in 2 weeks & a wedding in 8 weeks. They took my money plus a tip but can’t take my calls to fix what they messed up?? Oh my word! I will never be back in this place!! Very poor service.Service: Haircut

I booked an appointment online and I went in and they were ready for me.I had Kourtney. She was super nice! I got a bob with a major undercut. She did a wonderful job and I hope to be able to use her again.Service: Haircut
