I had contacted Terminix to discuss a billing issue. The receptionist passed the call to Tyler White who is in upper management. Tyler gave me a call and discussed my issues I was having at that time. Tyler addressed my problems efficiently and professionally and resolved my issue promptly. I have been a client of Terminix since 1992 and have NO INTENTION of ever dropping them as our pest control, because Terminix does go above and beyond to keep their clients pleased!! Thanks again Tyler White?

When the home inspector came out to look for issues, he almost immediately tried to sign me up for roughly $20,000 worth of services that, after having gotten a second and third opinion by professionals, was not necessary. I feel like I was taken advantage of as a woman by a man who was trying to make a sale. After this inspector spoke to my husband, the story he told me had changed to make everything seem a lot worse for my husband to convince him to sign up as well. I understand you need to make a sale, but this is unscrupulous and I don’t appreciate it. We like Terminix for pest control, but always get a second or third opinion before you sign anything with them, because this guy tried to upsell me for tens of thousands of dollars that wasn’t necessary.
