Good safe place for storage. They always took great care of notifying of issues. My only problem was the price doubled in 4 years but everything has. Only moved out cause I no longer needed it

I do not recommend getting a storag unit here. The sizing of these units are ridiculous and customer service is unhelpful and a bit rude. I ordered a storage unit 5×10ft but the door to the unit is only 3ft wide for some reason. Plus there's a random dip on the left side. And when I arrived there was a green tag on the unit lock so I called customer service and they said I could just twist it off but it did NOT come off and I had to cut it with wire cutters. Our unit is also a bit clunky and hard to open. You'll probably have better luck just about anywhere else

Charged $150 in late fees.
Never received a copy of my lease agreement upon starting my lease. Just 2 PDFs about the expensive insurance.
Very rude customer service agents.

Rate increases everytime you turn around. I have been renting my unit for 15 years went fron 80 to 300 per month. $60 increase just this year. The unit I had had a pile of leaves that was there since I moved in so everytime we went in we tracked leaves into the building. Found unit for 120 per month somewhere else. So glad to move they didn't care about us.
