I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service with Superior Storage on Walton! From start to finish, everything has been smooth and stress-free. The facility was not only secure and well-maintained, but also easy to enter and incredibly reasonable in pricing. A special shoutout to Lisa, who was so polite & kind—she truly made the experience even better. Hello,
Those of you who are just getting started in the storage unit search. Look no farther! This place had excellent staff who was willing to answer all of my questions, very friendly, professional and helpful. The property manager is very nice and even when there was a mix up with my storage unit she worked with me to get it sorted very fast.
The units were clean and well kept, and the property manager told me she makes sure to clean regularly in between tenants.
My only wish was that I got a storage unit at the Airport Rd. location instead of Walton due to logistics. I would recommend either location, just for my situation it would have been easier. If you are looking to chat in person be sure to go over to the Airport location because that's where the main office is located.

STOP! CONSUMER FRAUD and TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY WARNING. My mother is Almost 80 years old. She is on a fixed income and I found her crying today. She told me she was just charged $350 for her 10x15 storage! When I called Patty (the manager) to explain my mom’s on a fixed income and was having trouble keeping up with their rate increases and late fees. I kindly ask if she could waive the 2 monthly late fees of Nearly $50 dollars each.. she lied and told me the card processor/system would not let her do so. Specifically, the system would not allow a credit once she had TAKEN my mom’s payment. Then, I asked her what she was charging my mother per month for the 10X15 storage unit. She stated $207.00 per month!! Are you kidding me???! I asked Patty, if superior had other locations. She said 10. I started calling around to the other stores. Starting with Superior in Fayettville. I talked to the manager Gxxx. He stated he was over two locations. He quoted me a price of $107.00 per
Month for a 10x15. Plus 50% off move in special. He stated the $107.00 would be a locked in monthly rate moving forward (a common arrangement in this industry). As I went down the list calling several Superior storage locations. I found the going rate for a 10x15 unit at superior storage is $107.00 per month! Rather than the $207.00 Patty is charging my mother. Shame on them!!! It Sounds like (would appear) someone has their hands in the cookie jar. We will be looking into all legal remedies available to my mother asap. I will keep the public posted moving forward.

I have only been with Superior Storage for a short time, but so far its been great. Lisa greeted me with a smile and was truly kind throughout the whole experience. I did almost everything online too! Just needed to sign a few things and I was all done! I would recommend superior storage to anyone.
