Called the Bentonville location to get my wife’s tire changed. The associate Roth proceeded to set the psi to 50 blew up the tire told her she’s out of luck was extremely rude to her then left. This place is ridiculous if it has associates like that representing them.

SCAM SCAM SCAMI bought policy through AAA agent and after few months of purchase they sent me additional bill asking of 700+. Excluding what I paid in full amount at the time of purchasing policy. Tried reaching agent but didn't answer properly and asking me to pay additional amount or move out of insurance which is so reducules.It's all SCAM!!!

I have been doing business with AAA for many years, it is an established and trustworthy business. Over the past few years I have been dealing with in agent in particular. Johnny Miles, if you have a choice at this office ask for him, he is always willing to got the extra mile for a customer.

Dealing with AAA during a claim for one of their clients is a very big hassle. They started out great with making sure you are taken care of and that’s the only reason they received a 2 star. But after about two weeks of not hearing from them I reached out to the body shop to get an update and they said they sent a notice a week and a half ago saying they think my vehicle is a total loss. It wasn’t until I called a few times, emailed and texted them I finally heard back that they said “they are now sending that to an adjuster” and AAA adjusters seem to be just as bad at getting back to you as the insurance agent you deal with. Use them for your roadside assistance need not your insurance.

I recommend EVERYONE get AAA it has saved me SO much $$! My last tow was on the side of the interstate so AAA made it a priority call. Trey arrived in 15 min!!! He found me so easily despite not having an address. He gave me a ride to the tire shop so they can fix my flat in the morning since they were closed. Also since they were closed, I needed to get to my boyfriend's car to borrow it since I was in the middle of work and have to drive professionally. Instead of having to take an uber, Trey gave me a ride to my boyfriend's work so I could pick up the car! Talk about above and beyond in every way. I could not be more satisfied with my experience!

Triple A was great at first thanks to Carmen, after she left everything just went bad with my experience. My bill went up $50 I called and asked why they said they couldn’t tell me, that they couldn’t see that? I told them I wanted to find someone else due to the lack of communication about my billing and they said okay. Several months later I get a bill in the mail that I owe them money I called and asked for what and they said that I never cancelled and that I had to write a letter to cancel. What a joke because when I called and talked to the lady she didn’t say that she just said okay like she didn’t care so I proceeded to get another insurance. The lady I spoke to about the bill was not only rude but also said there were no notes in the system that I even called, that is not the customers fault that the worker doesn’t leave notes in the system, do better at your job. Anyways do not recommend this insurance Statefarm is way better and they value their customers.
