We recently took our dog there to be looked at a bigger dog probably about 100 pounds and Dr. W did not do a thorough exam and all he wanted to do was shove medicine down our dogs throat without looking to see what the problem is. So I told him that we were not sure which Back leg on our dog was injured and because we called him out on that he refused to do a thorough examination in our dogs leg is getting worse. I'm not talking bad about the entire hospital but I would not go see Dr. W just trying to help my fellow animal lovers out he is not a thorough veterinarian.

So… I’m pissed. My husband and I went away for the week for Christmas, and we searched to have somewhere for our animals to stay for 5 days and nights. After plenty of research, we decided All Pets Animal Hospital All Pets Animal Hospital in Rogers AR (5301 Southern Hills Ct, 72758) would be a great place. We boarded our cat and our dog. We called numerous times to ensure they knew our dog was old (she is a bit over 10 years) just had eye surgery a week prior, and needs plenty of human interaction, she is also blind. The staff reassured us multiple times that it was in our notes for our pet’s special needs. We thought it was all going well. Fast forward to today, when we picked them up. Our cat seems to be fine now that he is home (lots of meowing and anxiety as expected), nothing out of the ordinary). Our dog Angel seems to wreak of a mixture of scents with urine, dirt, etc etc and she is also unbrushed. (She is a poodle, it is imperative to brush these dogs every day to ensure their coat is healthy). She has urine stains on her legs, butt, and stomach. She was only there for 5 days/nights, which means she must have been alone for a LONG time for these to develop and she was also sitting/LAYING in her own urine. They also apparently don’t know how to put a harness on a dog, as it was on backwards when I arrived. Not to mention how anxious she was when I picked her up, she is usually a very calm dog. I can’t imagine being her age, blind, confused and scared as to where I am with no interaction, laying in my own piss. I am FURIOUS. I don’t normally do things like this, but this needs to be heard. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS BOARDING SERVICE!!

We had previously gone to another vet and switched over to All Pets when our Great Dane, Banner, seemed so at ease. He was very nervous at the other vet but turned into a confident pupper when he went to All Pets. From that point we had our dog Luke seen and he had surgery to remove a cyst. Banner was seen to be neutered and he did great. Being such a big dog he did have some issues with swelling and as a precaution they had him come in to be sure nothing else was going on. They eased my momma heart and are so amazing with my babies. Thank you all for your hard work and loving our babies.

I am very impressed and I wanted to thank you for taking such good care of Kayak. He was so happy and excited to see the girl that brought out his covers and bag when we went to leave. It really showed you guys care and that means everything when I can’t have him with me.

We just had an amazing first experience at All Pets. We are very familiar with a lot of animal clinics and hospitals as we have a very anxious dog with a very sensitive stomach. She is going through another bout of gastroenteritis and we were able to get a same day appointment. My dog got sick in the car on the way to the vet, and when we arrived the front desk staff were so kind and even offered to come to my car and help clean up the mess. All the staff we encountered and the doctor were so professional, kind, and took their time caring for our dog. We will be back!

I brought my guinea pig, Guava to see the veterinarians at All Pets Animal Hospital today to address some abnormal behavior and his poor physical state because my regular vet couldn't get him in for an appointment today. There was obviously a health issue occurring with him, and one of the male "doctors" there told me that he didn't think there was anything wrong with him. I expressed I thought he might've had a specific issue, and they prescribed meds just based off of what I said alone, me having no veterinarian experience or knowledge, unfortunately that wasn't the only issue I had with this office. When they brought him back out to me, he was wrapped in a towel. When the vet tech unwrapped him, he immediately threw his head up and his arms started flailing. The lady then asked "Was he doing this before" to which I replied "No.". They took him back in, and put him on oxygen. Several minutes later, I get a call saying that he was rapidly declining and that they thought it was a neurological issue. The call ends. Then they call again, telling me that it wasn't a neurological issue but they didn't know what was wrong with him. The "doctor" that was "taking care" of my guinea pig told me he was going to go check on him. Then, he comes back to tell me that Guava had passed away. I STILL don't have any answers as to why Guava was sick, or even why he died. I asked them to bring him back to me so I could lay him to rest back at home, and they brought him back in a used cardboard box. They just put his body in a USED cardboard box, nothing else. They wrote his name on the top and called it good. So "Dr." Lazenby, you are severely under qualified as a veterinarian and I hope no one has to have this experience with this vet like I did. I'd urge anyone who sees this to go somewhere else because this vets office is not worth it whatsoever. If I could give this place a negative starred rating, I certainly would. I also left this review on google, I'm trying to get this out to as many people possible.

I never write reviews but now I feel it necessary because this isn't a case of my food was bad. We had to put our 14 year old dog down and requested the ashes be returned. Well they didn't tag him so we didn't get him back. Our other dog had her teeth cleaned a yr ago by them and we switched to a new vet after that experience. She is at the vet now for a cleaning and she is having to have 10 teeth removed due to advanced periodontal disease. She is 5 and has her teeth cleaned a year ago. I implore you to really think before taking your pets here. The administrative staff is nice and the prices are on par with NWA.

We are first time pet owners and they were recommended by a friend. Our experience was wonderful! The staff was caring and attentive. They answered all our questions and more. Our pet got a lot of love from the staff. I would highly recommend them!

Today, my mother had to have her 17 year old dog put down. Dr. Lazenby was so extremely kind, patient and understanding. He never seemed rushed or bothered by any questions, stories or concerns. He made an awful experience as positive as possible. We would recommend him to anyone needing thorough, compassionate care.

Horrible service. We complained in 2014 against bad service and needed to bring our dog in 6 years later as we have no other choice as our dog is needing major help and the doctor listened to what was wrong with my dogs issue over the phone and then he stated I am not allowed to bring my dog in due to complaining against them SIX YEARS AGO for allowing another patients dog that had an infectious disease to come into contact with my dog. Because I complained about this 6 years ago, I cannot have my pet helped. Who is the one really suffering at the end of the day? You denying us humans service, or the poor dog in pain that is on its deathbed that you refuse to help. Horrible vets and employees at this location.

Took my Sun Conure (bird) here for the first time to get her nails trimmed, and I'm very disappointed. I got her back with her nails still sharp! I usually get her nails trimmed at another place, so I'm very familiar with how short they can go. When I called to tell them the nails were still sharp, they said "the nurse got them as short as they could go. She has a long quick." She may have a long quick, but they can be trimmed short enough to where they're not leaving scratches on me. No offer to relook at them. No offer to refund my money. Bad service all around. Let's just say we won't be going back and I have a feeling they don't care.

Phenomenal customer service and care. On time, quick, and gave me a same day appointment for my cat which is hard to come by in vet services. Throughly impressed and was given long term care rather than a quick fix

We had to take my very agressive dog in to be checked out. I cannot thank the staff enough for being kind, supportive, and understanding. Having an aggressive dog and visiting a new vet I expected to be very overwhelmed and stressed. However, the nurses and vets were so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. we cannot recommend them enough!

I had to pick up my dogs’ Bravecto today. Had great call in and carry out service as All Pets practices social distancing, which I much appreciated
