Friendly and professional staff made my pup feel comfortable during her visit! I felt the vet truly cared about my dog and her treatment…she called several times to explain everything and provide options. I appreciated the personable experience!

It might be a 15 minute drive, but they're worth it! They treat our fur babies with love and respect. They're caring and gentle, and very friendly. My Maltese has high anxiety, but she does much better with staff here than anywhere else. Also, they send you home with care package folder with listed emergency numbers; Pet Desk information and general information.

They have seen my pets immediately, twice! in emergencies and always been very compassionate and kind even though we were not established clients. It is clear they truly care about the wellbeing and safety of animals as they go above and beyond to ensure the animal's health is stable; it's not just about their bottom line. I have also found their services to be competitively affordable in comparison to other clinics we have used.

They helped my cat feel much better, I was so worried about her, but they talked me through everything and were clear about pricing before any procedures were done. Pricing is what I expected, not too high, and I am happy with that after having a good experience for me and my cat. Professional and friendly service from everyone I talked to, even during their busiest times! I'll be coming back for a follow-up!

Our family would like to thank Dr. Gilillard and your staff for the kindness shown to our family and especially to our 16-year old dog, Jolie, in helping her cross the Rainbow Bridge today. We were treated with such respect and thoughtfulness. Thank you all so very much. It is so hard to lose a good friend and you all helped comfort and ease our pain.

Can’t say enough great things about All Pets Rogers and Bentonville. They have always been polite, honest, and helpful. I’m a dog walker and today I had a client’s dog get a fish hook in his paw. His vet turned me away because they were booked. When I called All Pets, they were able to get me in ASAP and removed it quickly. Dr. May was so nice and really helped me feel better about the whole situation. Thank goodness for awesome vets like her! You can tell she really cares and speaks with compassion. Adore that.

My kitten had aspirated and I let them know her symptoms. They took her back and said she sounds fine and looks healthy. I expressed my concern and shared that I was certain she is struggling to breathe and I know she has aspirated. They said they could give her antibiotics if I wanted them to, but told me that it has not been tested on kittens. The dr said she feels confident that my kitten is safe to go home since she is still meowing, moving, and her lungs sounds good and to keep an eye on her and they will check in on me the next day to see how she is doing. The next day I expressed again that she is not okay. They took her in the back. Came back and told me she is deceased and asked if I want her cremated or if I want to take her home. I looked up what should be done for kittens that have aspirated. I found that for her age, it should have been taken extremely seriously so that pneumonia would not take over her lungs. My kitten should have stayed in the vet and should have been getting oxygen support and should have been given antibiotics until she is healed. Now I am filled with guilt for not pushing my concern hard enough on them. I feel guilty for trusting that she is okay and healthy when my intuition was telling me she is absolutely not okay. I am haunted with the memories of her last moments with me struggling to breathe, struggling to meow, struggling to eat, struggling to move. I realize they did not do this on purpose and I’m sure they did what they thought was best based on the knowledge and resources that they had. But if you believe your baby kitten has aspirated then you may be better off taking your kitten elsewhere if you wish to save their lives. RIP my baby Peanut. I’m sorry for your suffering and that I did not save you. <3

We were looking for a new vet for a few reasons, and when Cloud needed a follow-up from his ER visit we decided to try All Pets because it's so much closer to home. He "enjoyed" his visit as much as a cat can do that, they were very gentle with him and suggested follow-up tests. I got the call just a few hours later with his results. He's doing great now, and will be going in for his regular yearly checkup soon and so will his brother and sister.

Our 1.5 year old staffordshire-pit mix is our first pet so I don't have much experience with Vets. As a first time pet owner, here is what I love about APAH:1) Nurses are really good with pets. They know what they are doing and they try their best to make your pet comfortable.2) Doctors (and nurses) take their time to explain the processes, plans and medications with you. English is not my first language, they go the extra mile to make sure that we are both on the same page before I leave.3) No unnecessary tests or medication. They ask you before touching your pet in any way that would cost money. If you decline a service, thats okay too.4) The bill breakdown is straightforward with everything you discussed during the visit as additional points. This helps a lot!5) My favorite: follow up!! The vets have called us back to check how our pup was doing!! They are as concerned as we are with a new diet plan or new medication and wants the best for your pet.5/5 would recommended ?

I made my first trip to Allpets in Bentonville on February 3. I've just rehomed a Yorkie, Princess, and I wanted a wellness check and recommendations on vaccines, food and heart worm preventative. The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgable and took extreme care of my little 7 year old aged out breeder fur baby. I wouldn't take her anywhere else so she will have her lifelong care at All Pets. Dr. May is extremely kind and gentle with my baby girl.

We have used All Pets for all of our dogs. They have helped us through everything from wellness exams to end of life care. All of the staff is very considerate and caring. Would and do recommend to anyone looking for an excellent and reasonably priced vet.

It’s a shame I have to give this place this review because if you removed one doctor I’d give it five stars. Dr May is the worst experience I’ve had in medical interactions, dog or human. I’ve interacted with her twice and both times come away with the same outlook. I find her pushy, rude, talks over you, uncaring, unhelpful, and greed driven. Frankly I think she doesn’t realize the pet and the customer is why she has a job. I don’t believe this lady should have her job, no matter what test she has past. And it’s a shame because everyone else in that building I have the exact opposite opinion of. If you get assigned Dr May, I suggest you ask to be assigned to anyone else in that company. It’s a great company with a completely unprofessional and uncaring doctor stinking it up.

From the front desk, to the nurses, to the vets the staff is absolutely amazing. They were able to get me right away for an emergency with my dog. I couldn't have asked for a more caring team. They treat your pets like family.

The vet techs/assistants and front deak staff here are the nicest and most efficient I have ever experienced at any vet office. They have done a great job getting both my dogs in when they are sick. They make time even when they are swamped and it means the world. ?
