Daniel gave me windshield coverage with a deductible of 600. So i had to spend 600$ on windshields before they would cover it? What good is that! They do not have your best interest in mind.

I’m a believer. You are in good hands with Allstate. Dan Cheek’s Allstate office took care of multiple incidents for our extended family over the past few years. Most recently our paid off 2020 Subaru Ascent was totaled. With Allstate New Car Replacement we got a brand new 2023 Subaru Ascent with only our small deductible out of pocket. Cannot say enough about how thankful we are for Allstate and Dan Cheeks’s office helping us through the entire process.

Dan and his associates are very helpful with any questions I have had in the past. I had to file a claim and they kept me up to date on everything and got my truck fixed quickly. Very friendly and fast service from everyone I talked to. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I’ve been with Allstate for years. The cheapest rates I could find. They are always helpful with any questions or policy changes! The staff are always friendly. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to lower your rates and want high quality service!

I was an existing Allstate customer but felt my policy was over charging me. My original call was to cancel my policy and Maritza was able to walk through my policy. Fixed some things and worked with me to retain me as a an Allstate customer.Good customer service won the day for me.

Daniel Cheeks office has been a tremendous help with any claims on auto and home insurance. Mikayla Adair is very helpful in planning to add coverage on my Auto policy and gives great responses and feedback I'm a timely manner. Great office team for sure.

I am sure they have said to each other - what does he want this time!However, their professionalism and immediate response to questions is appreciated. our move out of state caused NO disruption in service- just a change in requirement for insurance.We are in GOOD HANDS with Allstate
