Mike was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond printing off some documents I needed and also notarizing them, all in one go. He honestly couldn't have been more friendly and professional. Genuinely friendly. Sincere all around. I'll definitely come back to this location time and again for his service.

Have banked with Arvest for 20 years. Not anymore—their fees are out of control. Your money is not safe here.

I had an agreement with the father of my teenage child that while the child lived with me, I paid their cell phone bill. Total Wireless allowed me to set up my card for auto pay but when my child moved out, Total Wireless would not allow me to cancel the auto pay on my debit card without logging into the account (which is in my child's stepmother's name), resulting in 3 transactions that we did not approve. I opened a dispute with Arvest in October 2022, on October 31st they provided a provisional credit for the 3 transactions - 26.43, 26.43, 26.40Due to an unresolved dispute that cost us 750.00 in 2022 where I paid a CPA via Venmo to do our taxes and when I got a copy of our return I noticed that she attempted to commit fraud by adding a friend as someone we paid for childcare with an address that doesn't exist for that person in order to get more earned income credit for her friend. Arvest decided we were not a victim of fraud and refused to give our money back, we closed our Arvest account in November 2022 We have filed the appropriate forms with the IRS for this fraud, its ridiculous that Arvest thinks that person should be allowed to keep our 750.00!! Venmo has been no helpAnyways, back to this - we closed the account November 2022 and several months later we get paperwork saying that they approved the refund for 1 of the transactions but not the other two. I called to reopen the dispute, never got any other piece of mail about it so I don't think the person I spoke to even submitted it. This left us having to pay back 52.00 and some change. On April 6th 2023 I accidentally sent 500.00 via PayPal to this closed account, without realizing it, I sent another 200.00 to this closed account on the 8th. Arvest returned the 200.00 to the PayPal account on the 12th but held my 500.00 hostage and then told us, today, they are keeping 52.00 and some change from the 500.00This is not okay.

Within the last 6 months, Arvest Bank opened a second card on my account to a stranger, because they didn't bother to check that customers ID when they came in for a new card. Customer made chargers and Arvest said my ONLY option was to open a police report because there was NO WAY they could have made a mistake. Opened the report, had to use a PTO day, just to realize they're being lazy with people's money... (the officer handling my case said he was personally closing his account because that wasn't the first time Arvest told someone to open a report due to their lazy error). Months later, they put my cash deposit in the account of the person in front of me in the drive thru line, wouldn't have caught it if I weren't actively checking my app. Today made a deposit they didn't post so I'm praying the money isn't in someone else's account yet AGAIN. They miscounted a withdrawal my brother made, told my dad he couldn't withdraw the amount of cash he wanted, promised to send me a letter to ease my mind about all of these errors, never did. I cannot visit this branch on one simple occasion without an error on their end. Perhaps me being a young girl rather than a wealthy executive means I'm not deserving of answers or accuracy from my own bank.

Being that Arvest Bank is our bank, they were our first option when it came time to establish financing for our new home construction. We even came to the table with over $100,000 in collateral. We thought for sure there would be no issue in getting approved and starting the process. To our dismay there was an issue regarding a small debt on record and our financing was denied. We immediately paid the debt off and requested financing services for a 2nd time. We got no response and were ignored. Thankfully Simmons Bank approved our request with no issues for financing and our new home construction began shortly after. I'm heavily disappointed in my own bank. Our experience with Arvest has clearly shown their incompetent risk assessment. Our finances, credit scores, and collateral were well within the threshold of being Very Low Risk to Arvest. Our loan denial from Arvest came as a shock and even more so when the only discrepancy on our behalf was resolved and we were still denied and ignored. Since this took place we have patroned other financing institutions for vehicle loans and other financing needs and will continue to do so.
