After fourteen years I have decided to no longer bank with Arvest. They could not account for funds in my account. I spent all day tracking people down and still nothing. No explanation, no concern, no recourse, no accountability.Suggestions for alternatives?

Spoke with Jennifer (if that’s her real name) and was surprised how rude she was. She obviously didn’t want to do her job because it took me asking to talk to someone else for her to lift a finger to help me close the account. She eventually transferred me to someone else and hung up when I asked for her name. Just quit your job if you hate it so much. She makes your branch look like a joke!

I went into this location several months ago and received assistance from a lady named Nina. After several months passed, I received a follow up call from Nina to validate that I received what I needed and I actually got even more help during the call on other items I needed. I greatly appreciated level of customer service from Nina and detailed follow up she conducted.

I have not had a negative experience at Arvest! Everyone there is very kind and thoughtful. The associate named Philip who helped me the other day was super nice and helpful, and was able to get me on my way quickly and with a very friendly attitude.

I was an employee at Arvest. They make you use their account for your payroll checks and give you a Preferred account with no fees. When you leave they change it to MyBlue and start tacking on fees. I never used this account for anything other than receiving my payroll check and then moving it out to the bank I normally use.

I was at this location and I mentioned that google gives a 2nd party number to call and Pablo gave me his card so I could reach that branch. Now, a few months later, I call and the girl that answered asked if she could help me and then said “um, I’m with a customer so I need to go”...really?! I called back and same thing. Why answer if you can’t answer???!!!

Great bank but Karen at the front desk is horrible. I came in and no one at the front desk.... a assistant manager from the back came up to help me but Karen shut this assistant manager out and was very very rude. The manager went to the back to her office and I sat there for 10 minutes and still no service. The front desk lady in Arvest on the square needs to teach this lady customer skills. I did mention to her that she was very disrespectful to that assistant manager just wanted to help. I will go to another location

Friendly service with a smile. Fresh popcorn and coffee awaits. My only complaint is having to turn left / southbound out of the parking lot is difficult with all of the local traffic.
